This location has become a homeless hangout that seems to be facilitated by the staff (despite the new Starbucks rules). If it was a bigger location, it might be fine. But the people in question bring all of their possessions into the store, then leave it there while they go elsewhere - occupying seating for others. I will only go here if someone else asks to meet there.

I have nothing against the homeless coming in out of the cold but this location is overrun with them most of whom are drunk and/or high. The store manager doesn't know how to make drinks. She messed up a mocha frappe twice (it was pure liquid) the other barista that made it somewhat correctly but only after doubling the amount of ice said the 1st 2 were made following the stores recipe. Either the recipe needs to be revamped or everyone in that store needs to be retrained. Service is also extremely slow

It's a shame that I will stop coming to this location. We used to come every Tuesday afternoon but now every time we are here it is over run by homeless people taking up all the seats and lying around sleeping.

Overall the store is nice. However, the barista preparing the drinks is rude. Waited at the location for over 20 minutes for our order. The location was not that busy inside. I guess they have a large drive thru customer base. If in the area I suggest going to the drive thru or visiting the Main St. location.

Very therapeutic place to sit down and get some work done. The workers are kind, quick, and make great coffee.
Dietary restrictions: They offer a plethora of alternative ingredients for their drinks.
Parking: There is a small parking lot directly in front of the store and a larger parking lot adjacent to it at the Walgreens and behind the mini store strip to its left.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables for those who utilize wheelchairs and it's easy to get in from outside.

TAKES FOREVER IN PERSON TO GET YOUR DRINK. Seriously if you walk in and order a drink (even just 1) it takes 10-15 minutes easy. I don’t understand the malfunction or why drinks being ordered in person are not priority over drinks ordered on the app. Or even have 2 designated employees handling online orders and the other employees handling in person orders. I waited 15 minutes for 1 single iced tea drink that took 30 seconds to make. This is ALWAYS the case no matter time of day or day of the week, there is absolutely no urgency for in person orders, there were 3-4 employees working today, so lack of employees was not the issue. This is a reoccurring situation at this exact location, other locations in the area the wait time for an in person drink is under 5 mins.

Expensive coffee. Inconvenient location. Top tier work experience.
Ordered a triple espresso and got a single. Person making the coffee doesn’t know what she’s doing. I am not exaggerating, this was 3 small gulps. I paid for a triple. I get shrinkflation and raising prices but why would I ever go back to this place if I don’t get what I pay for?

Really bad service - they take 30 minutes or more for orders in the morning - understaffed and disorganized

I have been visiting this Starbucks semi-daily for the past month or so, and for good reason. The baristas are incredibly lovely, and they even remember your name—a special shout-out to Natasha, who makes the best lattes I have ever had at a Starbucks. I highly recommend this place!

When we moved to Landsdale, PA, Starbucks was first on my list as it has been my go-to Coffee House for over 13 years. To my surprise, it actually outdid my previous Starbucks with its customer service, friendliness, knowing my name, as well as my Chihuahua service animals name. The store is spotless and every barista goes above and beyond. It is a wonderful feeling when you walk in somewhere and you are greeted by your first name. Not only that but my white chocolate mocha latte is a complicated recipe due to my specifications and they already know what I am going to order and begin getting it ready. They have a large array of products, tumblers, coffee beans, French Presses, keychains as well as delicious food. They also recommend different beverages for me to try. They have never failed in making any of my beverage’s perfectly. Jen and Nora, the store managers are amazingly outgoing, friendly, personable as well as being professional. I highly recommend you visit this Starbucks. Also, their teas are outstanding as well. Thank you.
