The food and drink came out well and the baristas were working hard, but it took 25 minutes for my drink to be made. When things are backed up like that, particularly in a scenario when it isn’t visually clear because there isn’t a line of people, then the customer should be warned about the wait BEFORE they complete their order. I would have skipped this time and come back, but now I’m thinking I’ll just choose other coffee shops chains in the future to avoid the whole thing. Really inconvenient for a five minute stop to turn into a delay in the rest of my day without any warning.

Ordered a venti caramel machiato, it was half full! She tried to gaslight me into that being normal. Never coming back to this trash hole.

I don't usually go to Starbucks but this location was a convenient meeting spot to catch up with a friend. It was 11:30 on a Wednesday morning and they were out of 3 'all-day' breakfast items-unacceptable. I wrote corporate about it and received a canned 'we're sorry' e-mail and that was it. No one cares. It's fine--won't ever be back. Keep your overpriced 4th choice menu items and gross overpriced coffee.

At this location when you are ordering inside rather than the drive through they often forget to give you parts of your order until you go up and ask a worker directly. I had to wait 30 minutes just to find out they skipped over my drink order and the people who ordered right in front of me didn't even have their order in the system. I had to ask the cashier to make my drink for me. The food is always good at least.

If you like ordering your drink via mobile app and then waiting 20 minutes for the 3 cars in front of you to receive their orders. Come here. Had to wait so long the drink I ordered was cool. Always a constant issue at this location.

I'm at Starbucks every morning for my latte. And if I'm hungry, I get a breakfast sandwich or a protein box. I also get rewards for free food and or drinks. Sometimes a chocolate croissant. Yummy!
