At this location when you are ordering inside rather than the drive through they often forget to give you parts of your order until you go up and ask a worker directly. I had to wait 30 minutes just to find out they skipped over my drink order and the people who ordered right in front of me didn't even have their order in the system. I had to ask the cashier to make my drink for me. The food is always good at least.

I'm at Starbucks every morning for my latte. And if I'm hungry, I get a breakfast sandwich or a protein box. I also get rewards for free food and or drinks. Sometimes a chocolate croissant. Yummy!

Asked for a mocha it had no chocolate, maybe a little espresso, pretty much just warm milk. Kindly asked for them to remake it I didn't yell or make a scene... they made a hot chocolate with whipped cream. Very funny... But I wasn't trying to be rude. I just didn't want warm milk.

I usually go to Starbucks for someone else, and I wanted to surprise them .So I got them their favorite drink and danish. I got myself an iced coffee and it came to $13 and some change. I find them very overpriced, but my complaint is going through the drive-through. They hand you a screen for a tip and you can never see it because it’s in the sun so I asked the young girl to please hit three dollars, when I get to work, I get a notification from my bank and a girl put five dollars on the tip. Unacceptable.
This is the only Starbucks near us and I’ll purposely drive out of my way to avoid it and go elsewhere. It has never been a positive experience. They are so slow and unorganized. There’s never been a time they’ve gotten my order right and every time there’s a line of people complaining of the same thing . And the employees really lack people skills - who manages this place ?!
