Starbucks shops generally are good. This one filled my latte 3/4 of the way and I had difficulty getting somebody's attention to fix it. But when I finally did, the young man acted like he could care less whether I liked it or not.

This Starbucks location is just down the street from where I live, and back in June 2025 I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee on a day when I was really struggling. I was having a horrible day and truly just going through it when I met Bobby at the window. From the moment he spoke, his incredibly kind words immediately lifted my spirits. I can’t fully describe it, but he genuinely changed my day for the better—even if it was only for a few moments. It was a powerful reminder that you never really know what someone is going through, and that simple kindness can truly mean everything.

Since that day, I’ve been back to this Starbucks many times and have looked for him every visit. It wasn’t until today (December!) that I finally saw him again. I recognized him instantly—before even seeing his face. These are the kinds of employees every business needs. Bobby makes the experience better overall, even when it’s ā€œjustā€ a cup of coffee, and I felt it was important to highlight that.

Overall, everyone at this location has consistently been kind, so management must be doing something right :)

Idk what it is about this place, but if I order hotchocolate or a hot milk they give me coffee. I don't know why I try when out of 10 orders theyve only gotten 2 right. Either they need to pay attention to what they are making, need to be retrained, or fired I dont know

This is the second time that I’ve waited over 30 minutes for an order. I don’t fault the workers as they were busy, but Starbucks needs to make customers more aware when they are backed up. I wouldn’t have placed an order if the cashier told me they were behind and it would be so long to receive an order. I never waited this long at other locations.

I want to give a huge shoutout to ✨Bobby✨ at this Starbucks! He is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve met at any coffee shop. This is the second time he’s completely made my day with his personality and warmth. He’s so bubbly, sweet, and personable- he really listens, makes sure our orders are right, and always sends us off with a smile, reminding us to drive safe and have a great day.

Bobby is such a valuable part of this Starbucks team. He makes customers feel truly welcomed and appreciated, and honestly, he’s a big reason I keep coming back. Employees like him make all the difference, and I’m so thankful for the positivity and care he brings every time. I truly hope management recognizes Bobby for the amazing work he’s doing and makes sure he knows just how appreciated he is. He’s a star employee, and customers like me notice the difference he makes!

Out of the 3 times I've been here, 2 times I received the wrong order. The first time I didnt realize it until I was already home but did not go back to get it fixed. The second time, I got home and realized it and then drove back for it to be fixed. The second time was weird because I ordered 2 of the same drink and got 2 completely different drinks. The staff are very nice and the drinks they do serve are delicious.
