This location consistently gets our orders wrong when doing pickup.

Went in around 8.30 PM , 6/7, with the intention of dining in. No one at the counter, had to wait for the single employee working to show up. After paying 31 something for 2 foot longs, asked the employee if we could eat in there, was told that dine on closes at 8.30, evening though store closing time is 9 PM. They have one table with 5 chairs outside, thought, could eat there, found it to be occupied by 3 teenagers(probably friends of the guy working inside having pizza ordered from outside, had to sit on the side fence to eat. On top of all this, when pay, the first thing you see is the tip section, 20%, 30%...... Now i leave google to decide the rating as there is no '0' rating

this lady she was around like 50 to 55 years old woman was very bad not in the mood. She threw my sandwich on the table for the pick up and use dirty language. She was very loud not happy at all with her service.

5/29: approx 6pm the employee was very distracted, hair uncovered and had barely any fresh vegetables. The tables were dirty. Several customers came and left due to him saying he would be right out and took Several minutes. Then he came out and said to one customer that he has a few cuts and is bleeding all down his arm and didn't have bandages.

Whoever owns this place or makes the schedule needs to be reprimanded. Leaving a poor kid alone during the lunch rush is insane, NO ONE should have to wait 20 minutes for an order because the store is backed up.
I visited this place and noticed that only one staff member was working. In my personal opinion, the hygiene seemed concerning. Before preparing my sandwich, the employee handled someone else’s payment and then continued making food without changing gloves. That made me uncomfortable, as I personally believe basic hygiene standards should be followed more carefully.
If things look this careless in front of customers, it made me wonder what might be happening behind the scenes. After reading a review supposedly written by a former employee, I felt even more uneasy.

GROSS FOOD CONDITIONs!!! As a former employee there, and scared to post my review, I figured it's finally time now. The owners Jamie and Mindy are terribly rude people, both to guests and their employee's. Everything is frozen in a fridge that it not legally cold enough as well. The breaking point for me was when I was preparing the onions, there was mold and mush on them. Under further examination, there were maggots crawling under some of the layers of skin, when this was said to Mindy, she told me "just scrape them off and cut it anyways". I threw it out immediately and put in my two weeks. Absolutely foul working conditions.

Price is ridiculous. 15$ for a footlong? There is a real italian deli (amicis) in the same strip mall that sells high quality hoagies for cheaper than subway. Not sure why anyone would go here still

Caroline was AWESOME. She had a packed house around 6pm with no help and handled it like a superstar. That woman is an asset to this franchise: bar none.

Really poor service packed my pizza in a lid box piece on top of piece, incomplete supplies, food was still ok that's why 2 stars. Waited for online order, staff started making when I reached.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve never had a worse experience. Ordered online, it wasn’t ready. Fine not a huge deal. However instead of making our sandwiches next since we were there they proceeded to make sandwiches for the people who walked in after us before ours. I was waiting with 2 kids and we ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. Also they had no ice, and the soda was spraying everywhere. Not the first time that has happened either.

The customer service was worst. I have ordered online veggie patty and they don’t have veggie patty. So I said I don’t want it since they don’t have the veggie patty. Then I was asking how will I get my refund. He said you can do online but there is no option to do it online. We were talking politely and trying to understand how you can refund online but he said get out from the store. That was very ridiculous. You can never talked to the customers like that. He didn’t even apologize for that. Never going back to that place. They don’t care for the customers.
The customer service was the worst. I came into this place with my sister I walked up got what I wanted the food was way more expensive than it should have been. The woman at the counter had no idea what she was doing at the register. We said we didn’t want the extra drinks. The guy Nick said oh you can put them back in the cooler rudely my sister did we sit down. Nick asked a man are you just going to stand there or order. Very rudely and the customer said he was ordering online. I told my sister we are leaving because the customer service was bad and that man is rude. I asked for the papers to wrap up the food because I’m leaving because the service is unacceptable and Nick started getting angry said I can leave if I don’t like the service I said I am leaving which I was collecting the stuff to leave as I’m walking out he said I’m not aloud back for no reason all because I called him out on his rude behavior. The female worker said they are supposed to ask customers if they are ordering but you don’t talk to a customer like he did. She was trying to stick up for him and his rudeness. Also if you work in any fast food or customer service instead of talking back to a customer and making them more angry you should learn how to de-escalate the situation instead of trying to talk bad about a customer and talking back. I would have sat down and chilled with my sister if that man wasn’t so rude and had attitude the whole time I was in there.

Ate at subway after a couple of years and loved the fresh ingredients and sauce options!
Special mention for Max who served us and was exceptional. Kept a genuine smile on his face and did his job perfectly. Would highly recommend this branch.
