It had been a while since I was at a subway. $24 for 2 sandwiches. I asked for chicken teriyaki. I wasn’t given that. All the toppings were light. Bread was stale. Staff was unfriendly. Definitely won’t got back to a Subway again.

We went for lunch from a local nursing home with some residents with disabilities and some able to help themselves, as soon as we entered 1 of the staff was already rolling her eyes at us. We proceeded to line up so that we could make our orders, Mindy *KAREN* the "protein server" was very rude and abrupt not only with the staff (Mix races) but also to the residents. The only time she smiled and became friendly was if a caucasian customer came to her.Being mistreated by a staff member is not a nice feeling especially when she was doing it to the elderly residents we had with us, when we called her attention to this she accused us (staff) of calling her a racist to the point that she called our nursing home and complained about us saying that we were being disorderly. We visited this location with elderly residents and most of us (staff) been working with the company for years, If that wasn't enough at the end of our visit, she specifically told me never visit again if we are going to be disrespectful .As an activities director we make activities possible so that the residents can go out in society and feel a sense of normalcy and acceptance in our community. We have gone on trips to the movie theater, Walmart, Dollar store, McDonalds, Ross, Burger King, Lansdale Carnival, public parks and NEVER - EVER have we been disrespected like this.

Worst Subway ever. I wish I can give negative stars. Very rude customer service. One of the old lady who works in afternoon is horrible. I have never received my online orders correctly. If I call them to ask for refund, they just disconnect the call.

Former employee here!! DONT EAT HERE ! When I worked there there were flies everywhere, the door was literally off the hinges, and the ingredients were usually moldy. The dishes weren’t cleaned thoroughly either. The only safe thing there are the cookies and the BOTTLED drinks.

The worst subway I’ve been to. The young guy in the clear glasses made my sandwich and it was by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Toasting didn’t toast it. Almost no meat on a supreme meat, way too many tomatoes. My food tasted off and sour leaving a weird aftertaste. Two bites and I had to throw it out. Do not come here.
