I'm vegetarian and misordered online by putting meat in my food. They remade it for me no questions asked or extra charge.

It meant a lot to me as I just got off a long work shift and pretty much used the last of my paycheck to feed myself for the night. Thank you so much.

Service was great, store is clean, food was awful. Only thing decent was the simplest item, the basic taco. Do yourself a favor, stick to just a taco or a doritos locos taco.

Good food, quick service. I went through drive thru and they forgot my straw so I needed to go inside to get one. Yes I know this is a 1st world problem but being a drive thru I wasn't planning to get out of the car. The chicken chalupas and crunch wrap were great. The hard shell Taco looked like it was dropped before it was wrapped but still hit the spot. Would recommend this location and will return.

Came here on my lunch break. Ordered on the kiosk for takeout. When I arrived back at my job, I saw that not only were the utensils and sauces missing from my order, but my one item was also burnt on both the outside and inside. I was unable to eat one item from my order due to the missing utensils, as my job doesn’t supply utensils in the break room and I did not have time to return to the restaurant or go purchase a fork somewhere else, as ridiculous as that option is. Very disappointing experience.

Order two of the same orders number eight. One order had supreme and everything on it. The other order just had me and letters. No sour cream, no cheese. No, nothing realized that when I got 25 minutes away from home asked them. Did they kindly get everything correctly? It's annoying when you ask people to check if it's correct and people get a attitude and then you get home and it's still messed up. Anyway, what a waste of money

Order # 288, cashier Andrew L , order 51e30d. I had a really bad experience at this Taco Bell. When I walked in, nobody greeted me or even said hi. I didn’t feel welcome at all. On top of that, the person taking my order was rude and made me feel like I was bothering them. I also had to wait way too long for my food, which just made everything worse. Very disappointing service — definitely not what I expect when I go out to eat.

This location never ever gets your order right. And half of your stuff is never in the bag. I can only assume every employee here has the munchies and keeps your stuff for themselves. I'm not sure how, but this place has gotten worse since the upgrade. #maketacobellgreatagain
