I have been here multiple times, they have gotten my order wrong more than once. I went to get the birthday cake churros, which they proceeded to say were discounted. I left as that was the only thing I came there for and they proceeded to wave in a mocking way as I left. I then drove to the montgomerville Taco Bell which has a nicer staff. I would recommend you add 5 minutes to your drive than go to this Taco Bell.

Remodeled the interior and got ride of a lot of seating. It is just empty now and looks like an office interior. The staff were having an argument last time I was there.

I love Taco Bell but this one has a few issues. They have consistently got more order wrong. I’ve had issues with special requests on toppings, forgetting to cut Mexican pizza and getting content of the order wrong. I go back because they are close and I don’t want to drive to a further place.
The app ordering process is kind of overwhelming because of all of the specials and choices.

This Taco Bell could be great, but the service completely undermines the entire experience. The food itself is decent, but the atmosphere feels hollow and uninviting—especially when compared to the vibrant place it was 5-6 years ago. Unfortunately, what really ruins this location is the lack of effort from the staff. When we received our meal, our drinks and dessert were missing. When we asked for them. To make matters worse, the lady mishandled our dessert, practically crushing it before we had a chance to enjoy it. All in all, I’m deeply disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

I went there and got nacho bellgrande, I told them no beans and they gave me beans away, took it back and they gave me beans only no meat, got to work called them 5 times and they answered acting like the couldn’t hear me and kept hollier out we close at 12, going there tomorrow and get my money back will not go there again!
This Taco Bell deserves no stars at all! This location is the worst. The people running this location should be ashamed of themselves. The quality of the food was horrible. The food was slopply put together. None of the food wasn't labeled properly for the burritos or tacos. For example, they wrapped my chicken enchilada burrito in a breakfast burrito wrapper. My family and I ordered a lot of food, but no one could tell who was who's. Just too lazy and too cheap! Instead of giving us the cantina chicken quesadilla, but gave us a regular quesadilla...not what we paid for. I tried calling to let them know, but they never picked up their phone. It's a shame for them to run a business and not care how they treat and get over on their customers. I advise people to go to the North Wales location where they seem to appreciate their customers and not try to swindle them. P.s. You know exactly what you're doing here!

The food that we got tasted fine except that it was missing the ground beef! Since when we’re Crunchwrap supremes just lettuce tomato and onion? (Paid extra for onions). Then they have this new sauce called disha hot sauce which I heard was good so I ordered 5 of them. Turns out they must suck because they forgot them in the bag. I thought I could just tell them through the app about my experience and that they would at least give me the 3$ I spent on sauces or refund me the ground beef that never went into my wrap. But no nothing no response I guess it’s really downhill for Taco Bell at this point. Crazy how 5 years ago when Taco Bell was 300% cheaper their service was 100% better?!
