Be forewarned, if you attempt to place an order for more than 4 or 5 things, expect your order to be missing things. They don't honor customizations (ie, ask for guacamole on something as an extra, and you won't get it, but you'll have paid for it). You can say times are tough because of covid, but this has been happening since fall of 2019. I now drive even further away to go to another location if I really want Taco Bell that bad. It's worth the trip.

To the Taco Bell Team, I wanted to share my recent experience and express my sincere appreciation for the consistently excellent service and food quality I've received. My order included the Cheesy Gordita Crunch and the Cantina Chicken Taco. The taco was surprisingly spicy, but absolutely delicious! I've noticed a significant improvement in the overall experience compared to about a year and a half ago. Back then, it was almost a necessity to double-check my drive-thru order for accuracy. Now, I'm consistently impressed. Everything, from the organized way the items are packed in the bag to the generous portions of ingredients, is perfect. It feels like I'm visiting a corporate store, where everything is always top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly. Whatever you're doing, please keep it up! You've truly turned my Taco Bell experience around, and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
The management at this location clearly needs improvement. Either the manager needs to take a more active role in properly training the staff, or the team needs to be re-evaluated altogether. The wait times are excessively long, and the service feels disorganized and unprofessional. For a business that relies on customer satisfaction, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable.

I have been here multiple times, they have gotten my order wrong more than once. I went to get the birthday cake churros, which they proceeded to say were discounted. I left as that was the only thing I came there for and they proceeded to wave in a mocking way as I left. I then drove to the montgomerville Taco Bell which has a nicer staff. I would recommend you add 5 minutes to your drive than go to this Taco Bell.

Remodeled the interior and got ride of a lot of seating. It is just empty now and looks like an office interior. The staff were having an argument last time I was there.
