The manager running the window named George was absolutely terrible. We ordered a baconator, everytime he asked if we said baconator fries, we said no the burger. He told us to pull around, gave us baconator fries. After waiting in the line, AGAIN, he says we confirmed this, when we absolutely didn’t, said “55 times I ask this, you say yes, so pay the difference” which would have been fine but we never received a receipt. Maybe next time George, and all others here, listen to your customers and actually choose to hear what they say. Do not go here, and if you do, TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING.

Food was really good, and the dude gave me my food quick, but when i called at 9:35 PM EST, they didnt answer. I dont know why but hey, the food was awesome

Not only did I come through the drive through but the lady with the fake nails had such an attitude when I said at the speaker no ice. When they handed me my drink I said no ice she took it back rudely then went to use the ice scooper to scoop the ice out. That is nasty and disgusting when I asked for a new drink she made it seem like it was hard to do her job and make things right. I said the attitude was uncalled for after she gave me the drink I asked for the manager she slammed the window shut I had to honk my horn for a manager. He apologized but she should not be at the window if she has so much attitude. Also fake nails are a no no in fast food if it gets in someone’s bag, food, or drink that is a health violation. The way she handled things was a disgrace she needs to be retrained

EVERYTIME at the drive through they mess up the order. Always to the detriment of the customer. Either this place is openly stealing from customers by shorting them on orders
or they are unable to double check an order. AVOID this Wendy’s at all costs. Wendy’s corporate needs to get involved here. Major changes are needed at this franchise.

Every time we come through the drive through and to the window, the employees are either just plain rude, mute or just nasty not friendly at all !! And I’m a friendly person, they don’t even try they just take your money and shut that window in your face real quick there is literally no smile no have a nice day no Hello nothing they hold their hand out take your money slam the window then give you food and slam the window!! Every time !! Even my kids notice, they told me they need better training!!! I asked a question the other day and the young man said NO and slammed the window…. I was like ok……. !! Anyway terrible customer service that’s my point!

Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t know how you can sleep at night. If I could give zero stars I would , somehow the fries were soggy and stale and the burger was so grainy and dry that it made me parched and I had to drink the Dr Pepper that tasted like toilet bowl cleaner. In addition the Parmesan nuggets were crusted grease gushers. NAAAAAAAASTY!!
The last several years I have gained a new appreciation for Wendy's stores. Their new breakfast offerings are very good, especially the breakfast burrito. It was a meal in itself. Coffee was good too and the staff was very friendly.

As an ex-chef of 30 years, I am very understanding and except that mistakes are going to happen. But a large French Fry, buffalo nuggz, and pineapple mango bev... Doesn't sound to bad right?.. I know buffalo and BBQ start with a b but definitely not the same thing. And at the drive in window gentleman repeated my order to me and was incorrect when repeating and correction was made. I thought...... BBQ nuggz are not good, I ate them but gross maybe someday I'll finally receive the correct order and I can let you know how the buff nuggz are. Until that day....
