I ordered 3 Jr Back. Cheese burgers. I paid for all 3 and only got 2 and the 2 I got tastes as if they was 2 days old. Roll was hard, bacon was hard and crunchy and burger was dry. Terrible

The food is fresh - always. I go twice a week. It's clean, bathrooms are clean. The Employees are friendly (mostly adult women) - I think that is why it is run so well. Fast food but fresh.

Worst experience with the drive thru the girl who was taking my order was so rude and disrespectful I told her what I would like to order and then she said frosty and I said no no frosty then she said u need to be speak up which I was by the way then when I spoke up higher she start laughing with the other co worker I could hear them through the speaker so I told her to cancel my order and that took place on Friday around 9:00 9:15 pm please train your employees to be more respectful to your customers thank you .

Wendy’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and flavorful—you can really taste the difference. The fries were crispy, the burger was juicy, and everything came out quickly and just how we ordered it.
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, which made the experience even better. Whether it's a quick lunch or dinner on the go, Wendy’s is always a solid choice.

Customer service was non existent…she looked right at me at the counter when I walked toward her she walked away and had a conversation with the French Fry guy left me standing there like an idiot the French fry guy was sporting a full gray beard with no net …can only imagine the crusty shit that falls in the fries …I walked out

Place was empty and I can see why. Service was horrible drink machine was mostly empty and the ketchup dispenser was chunky and the ketchup smelled sour. The lady who took my order wasn't the politest and tried to take my card somewhere else. I probably won't be back.
Eh, service took a while, but my food was hot. 🌟 I went through the drive thru and it seemed like it took a bit. I was missing four piece I ordered too. Guy was a jerk too.

We just left the drive through 5 minutes ago. The man taking orders was extremely rude. Completely ruined my night. He was rushing us and cutting us off and completely belittled me and humiliated me. I don’t understand why people work these jobs if they are just going to be miserable and nasty to their customers. If your job is so bad to the point you have to take it out on paying customers, FIND A NEW JOB!!! Needless to say we will not be back.

I just updated my review after taking my daughter's in to try the new Krabby patty. The burger is good; however, the service was great. We go through the drive-through from time to time. Wendy's offers good value when we are short on time. Going to restaurants just isn't as affordable as it used to be. The kids "and I" wanted to try the new Krabby patty. I felt like our standard go through the drive-through and eat at home 10 minutes later would not give this trip the full experience of the one-of-a-kind Krusty Krab specialty. In reality it's just a burger at Wendy's. However the Manager or owner "I don't know" was very polite. The cashier took our order, and the manager and staff were all very attentive. They made sure the order was correct, it came out quickly, and they all were so nice. Even the woman at the drive-through came to see if we needed anything else. It was truly service with a smile. The girls and I had a great time and it was unexpected quality family time in an otherwise hectic day. Sorry for the long review. It was just so refreshing to have people go the extra mile and take such pride in their work. I promise I don't know any of them.They even smiled at us on our way out. I think we may dine-in more often.
