Sat Dec 23 2023.. 335pm.. I always order through app or drive through.. but today I had to go in because on Dec 10 and 12 their ice-cream machine was down and I was told milkshake money will get returned.. I never did that's why I went inside today.. at the front cash register there was a Muslim lady with a hijab on her head.. when I tried to explain very slowly she acted like she did not understand english.. and she said her machines was working.. which they was not on the 10th and 12th. Then she went back to counting her drawer.. this is the same woman that appeared at the drive through window l every time with a slight attitude.. as if I done something to her or some one of color did and she holding a grudge that she can't hide. You can tell something is off... anyway. I had to go to another employee explain the same thing.. I didn't want no money just the 2 small milk shakes I paid for.. she gave them I left and wrote this review. Which is my second in review history.. I honestly will take my business else where because I don't like any kind of energy or customer service like that.. specially when I'm in the right and did nothing personally wrong to the woman.. hope she will get through what bothers her.. ?

service is horrible, everytime i come here i have to expect that im not going to get what i ordered. i wanted the pretzel bun and they gave me a normal one, did the wrong size fry and no sauces. they always mess up my orders. they do this to other people i know as well. it makes me not want to come here and just go to chick fil a but wendys is so good but this staff is so unprofessional and do not care. theyre all adults but i see the teenagers at mcdonalds care more than this staff. like is it really that hard to give us the right order. wendy corporate needs to step up their game. this wendys is dying because of the lack of care the current staff has for their jobs.
literally the worst experience ever. After a long day of hard work I decided to treat myself to a baconator and fries. I pulled up to the window happy to greet the employee when disaster struck. After I gave a welcoming "Hello! here's my card" I was met with silence and a window shutting in my face. my order promptly came out and I said thank you very much to which the window was yet again shut in my face. Not a word from the short white girl working the window. I left happy at least to eat my scrumptious treat and when I got to my humble abode, I had finally lost it. Wrapped in the classic Wendy's paper I found a piece of meat with cheese, lettuce, and a tomato . I will not be returning and hope you do not have to have the joy of your day ripped from your well-being from a silly fast food restaurant.

Just walked out and ordered NOTHING! They ignored me and filled orders for drive-thru. Didn't even acknowledge my presence. Not 1 customer in restaurant and 3 in drive-thru. Funny how the mission statement mentions food and service are their priorities. That's bull, they looked at me and ignored me!
