Always a pleasure dining at Yantze. Our server, Jack, knows us and tends to all of our needs. The menu is extensive and any dish can be prepared mild or hot and spicy. We love the hot and sour soup! Can't say we've ever had a bad experience there. Everything is made to order and fresh. Yantze is our goto Chinese restaurant in the area.

Tbh, none of the food was sigma. It was bland and over-salty. Some of the food that was advertised as "spicy" was not at all spicy. The only thing that I got that was skibidi and bussing was the sweet and sour chicken, but even then, the chicken itself was greasy compared to when I got it at other places and the sauce was really sweet and tangy. Overall, not sigma OR alpha.

I had high hopes....but we were sorely disappointed. We both got dishes advertised as SPICY, the sesame chicken(this was AWFUL) and governors chicken, but there was not even a HINT of spice. The wonton soup had no flavor other than salt and the wonton was extremely doughy. The Chinese pizza also had no flavor other than oil, same with the sweet and sour chicken. The ambiance while picking up the food was the only good thing about this experience. Save your money.

Wow! Very impressed. My mixed vegetables with Tofu was superb! "Tofu Yantze Style" is what they call it. Delicious! The Tofu was well-seasoned and lightly pan-grilled to perfection. The brown sauce complemented the dish splendidly. I will be ordering again. This will be my go-to place when I'm in town on business.

The service was top notch. My water glass was never empty, the staff were so friendly and helped me navigate the menu. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the building. The water feature is just lovely and makes for a wonderful dining experience. The food was also top tier. From the chips they serve before your order, to the scallion pancakes, I had both the orange scallops and the Mai fun with seafood. They were both very tasty dishes. The Mai fun noodles were salty and teased the palette with a variety of flavors. The scallops were smaller than I expected but did not disappoint in taste or presentation. My husband had the Mandarin chicken which he found to be flavorful and had a very good ratio of chicken to vegetable. The icecream flavors took me by surprise but were still tasty. If you are expecting plain old chocolate and vanilla you will be disappointed. The salted caramel is quite good though.
