Ordered a chicken cheesesteak & colonial fries last night the only way to describe it was absolutely disgusting the chicken cheesesteak had big strips of chewy chicken they didn’t even bother to chop it up so technically it wasn’t even a cheesesteak. About 3 bites in I bit into something hard & shiny don’t have a clue what it was but immediately threw the whole thing out..I usually enjoy the colonial fries but last night mine were a mix of regular fries & random steak fries thrown in which makes me think they just filled my container with left over fries they had sitting around immediately turned me off I didn’t ask for a mix of different fries.. never ordering from here again I’m so disgusted with quality of my order last night

Its unfortunate that I have to leave a somewhat bad review due to the overcharge delivery fee of 10 dollars. Despite the mandatory delivery charge, I was asked how much was I going to tip the driver on my card as well. I am a great tipper so I ended up spending way too much for a small pizza and one other small item. The pizza was very good. However I can't afford to order delivery from this place again.

Ordered a cheesesteak that was dry with barely any cheese, so I added my own. Also ordered a cheesesteak stromboli. It was very undercooked with a gummy pasty texture. Flavored well, but very little meat! I should have known by looking at how flat it appeared. Due to the price we paid and the quality of the food, will not be ordering again.

The issue is I love your food i eat here all the time . I found a hard plastic object in my food that hurt my mouth. However this was not the first time I found something in my food. Despite that I was still eating here because I love your food. But not anymore.....in the future I recommend gloves and hair nets. And double check your food.
If you buy grill chicken salad,, have them put the chicken in something else. The steam from the chicken in the plastic container will make the entire salad watery. There's no vent for the steam
