Ordered from here on uber eats. my pizza had mouse poop underneath it. my 5 year old had already ate a slice of it. the poop was like imbedded in the slice as if it was cooked into it. I am beyond disgusted and upset. I reported on uber eats and took a picture on the app, i threw it away before taking a photo in my own phone. i don’t recommend ordering from here.
EDIT: Since yall replying saying yall don’t have proof to support my claim. HERE is proof to support that i ordered from yall on Friday 1/02 and my message with uber eats support minutes after my food arrived. I don’t lie on establishments, I’ve ordered here before and didn’t have any issues. So I was DISTURBED at what i found. So take it up with Uber eats.

There is no way there's a single Italian person working at this restaurant because this may have been the worst spaghetti I've ever had. The sauce was SWEET like they added sugar to the sauce. On top of that it was a lot of sauce and it was hard to even get any pasta on my fork. I ended up transferring it to a plate to try and get rid of some of the sauce and noticed how watery the sauce actually is because it's pooled up in the corners. Pasta was overcooked as well. No self respecting Italian would sell this slop!

We had salad the day before we had this experience. The salads were amazing the food the next day chicken cheesesteak horrible and cheesesteak disgusting dry, nothing on it that was suppose to be. I pray they do better with other items on their menu. We even called back and customer service was not great. We was tout on hold then told they would give us a call back. Unacceptable.

I like Italian kitchen. It’s a no frizzles pizza joint.
However they don’t deliver or take real orders after 7:45/8, despite their flyers saying last delivery order is at 8:30. If you call around that time you’ll get a unprofessional Pick up only, only pizza…. Before they even say hello.

I have been eating here since childhood, best food in the area. I've moved to South Carolina for 2 years now. My cousin came to visit recently and asked what she could bring me . A CHEESESTEAK FROM ITALIAN KITCHEN PLEASE!! What service she got! FABULOUS!! they wrapped the meat, cheese and onions in foil, put the fresh split role in a container with my salt pepper ketchup and pickles on the side! When I got my hands on that! BAYBEEEE!!! I was having a whole fat CHICK moment!! I LOVE THE ITALIAN KICTHEN, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I ordered the boneless wings and very disappointed. I should have ordered a cheese steak .That's what they know how to cook.

OK, I've had enough. Last week they attempted to charged an extra fee to use my card. Today I was charged $1.30 for extra pickles. It's a condiment. I ordered a hoagie. News flash, pickles come with hoagies. Mind you, they didn't discount my sandwich, when I asked them to hold the tomatoes. If they don't value their customers why should we value them.
