I purchased a slice of cheesecake and a whole sweet potato pie. The cheesecake was tasty. However, after waiting all day to enjoy what I hoped would satisfy my palate, I was very disappointed to find that the sweet potato pie was absolutely DISGUSTING. Honestly, it was the worst sweet potato pie I’ve ever tasted.
The crust and pie filling were completely flavorless. It was as if they found the most bland sweet potatoes they could find, threw it in a blender, and called it a day. In fact, it didn’t even look good. But I was hoping my eyes would prove me wrong.
Initially, I was not going to write a review and just share feedback with the store instead. However, upon contacting them there was zero effort to rectify the situation. Despite a complete waste of $20 (after one bite I trashed the pie, they didn’t offer so much as a free cookie on my next order). The inability to provide the expected product is one thing. Poor customer service is another. And, based on other reviews, Kia’s Caked misses the mark with both.
As someone with a large social media platform, I will not patronize this business and would encourage others to avoid it as well.

These treats are absolutely amazing! I tried the bread pudding, chocolate cupcake and vegan chocolate cupcake. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the vegan one and the regular one. Both were decedent and incredibly moist. The bread pudding was phenomenal. I'm in talks with someone now to create the desserts for our upcoming wedding. I can't wait for my guests to be as impressed as we were!
My new favorite bakery. We bought an assortment of cupcakes. Also, couldn't resist trying some mini cheesecakes. I'm just not okay with how good these are. I'm gonna be craving the lemon blueberry. I'm gonna have dreams about the strawberry. They are incredible!!

Now let’s talk about the desserts. Absolutely phenomenal. Everything I’ve tried has been rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love. But hands down, my favorite and I mean favorite are the peanut butter cupcakes with peanut butter frosting. I get them for my birthday every year and they never disappoint. The cake is soft and moist, the frosting is perfectly creamy with that deep peanut butter flavor. It’s honestly the best dessert I’ve ever had. No exaggeration.
If you’re looking for a peaceful spot with incredible treats and kind people, Kia’s Cakes is a must. Whether you’re celebrating something or just craving a little joy in cupcake form, this place delivers every single time.

Found Kia's Cakes doing a search for a place that did gluten free cakes and so glad I came upon them! First off, they had more gluten free flavor options than a number of the other places I found who only seemed to do vanilla or chocolate - and that alone rocked. (You do have to contact them to ask about their gluten free menu as the gf flavors aren't listed on the site)
They did a wonderful gluten free strawberry shortcake for my girlfriend's 40th birthday party that was a major hit! Even people who don't normally eat gluten free thoroughly enjoyed the cake. The gluten free strawberry shortcake wasn't even on the gluten free menu, but they happily agreed to do one when I asked.
The staff was incredibly nice both times I went in to place and pick up the order.
I absolutely will order from them again, and next time I'm in the area and have a moment to pop in to grab something on the go I will!
