I’ve tried so many flavors - even flavors I “knew” I wouldn’t like - and I still liked them! It’s wild how good Kia’s cakes are!!! Top favorites of their general cupcakes: Vanilla Oreo, Carrot cake, and Red Velvet! The cupcake specials for the holidays are amazing - and for Black History Month they did punny cupcakes that also told a story of the person that they were honoring - so sweet and important. Other foods that are there like the Iced Pound Cake and the Banana Pudding are equally as amazing as the cupcakes. Recently tried the “Irish Potatoes” which were a special for St. Patrick’s day - they have coconut in them, and I don’t like coconut - but I ate so many of Kia’s Irish Potatoes!! Recently it was my dad's birthday and I searched far and wide for an amazing carrot cake (it's his favorite) and Kia' Cakes made the most amazing and delicious cake for us ?Mrs. Kia was very nice and accommodating with my specifications for my cake, and she charges a very fair price for the amount of effort her cakes take and the quality of ingredients used.We got a 7inch round, 3 layer carrot cake with crushed pecans on the outside and in between each layer with one of the best cream cheese frostings I have ever tasted ??Also, she is located in a very accessible area, while there isn't the best street parking out front there's is a parking lot for the supermarket right out back and it is very close to her store.The atmosphere inside was also very nice, there is a lot of great decor and a general very relaxing and cozy vibe. Also, while I did not order any other things while picking up my cake inside I noticed that she has very great prices for the variety and quality of things she sells. Most treats in there are between $3-6 for a cupcake, banana pudding, interesting flavored cheesecakes, quiche, and other interesting treats that I will definitely be coming back to try.Kia and her team were very accommodating and very careful with packing my cake when I picked it up as well. It came out great, and everyone, most importantly my father loved it very much!

The sweet potato cheesecake was to die for, the shop is incredibly cute and welcoming, and the staff was lovely.They have so many delicious looking treats - vegan and gluten free, too! And their vegan and gluten free options are very reasonably priced. We can't wait to come back!

I had placed an order for a little cake online a couple weeks prior. Someone texted me about the order and we corresponded, they were professional. When I arrived for pick up on Christmas Eve it was ready and it looked beautiful!!! I went to Kias bakery based off MOST of the reviews on Google. So as soon as I got home I was hype to cut the cake and eat it! When I was cutting into the cake it felt hard, the buttercream frosting on the outside was SO hard. The cake itself was hard and DRY. Like stale. Not only was it dry and hard the flavor wasn’t good of either the buttercream frosting and the cake itself. Seems like some ppl get a dry stale batch or a moist one. Felt like my cake was made 5 days prior and just sat in the refrigerator. The cake was thrown in the garbage and money was wasted. It was supposed to be a cake for Christmas and we didn’t get to enjoy it. I was super happy about getting a custom cake from here prior to cutting that first slice. A huge disappointment! My boyfriend tried a piece and couldn’t eat it at all as well.

This was the 3rd custom cake I have eaten from Kia’s cakes. I must say these cakes are never a disappointment. There always fresh, moist and just enough sweetness. This was my time 1st time ordering. My daughter usually orders them. They were punctual with responding to my text, polite and understanding with my budget. We were absolutely satisfied with the cake. I ordered a 10" cake for a party that ended up being canceled. A day before my original pickup time, I asked Rachel if I could move the pickup date by a week, and I was accommodated without a problem. When I arrived, they boxed up the cake carefully to not mess up any of the frosting. The lemon cake with lavender frosting and pastry cream filling was delicious! I shared it with whoever would take some, (It was a surprisingly large cake, even though I knew I ordered the 10" size), and everyone really enjoyed it.
