Sent me the wrong damn order, a chicken pizza with no chicken on it. Called them up, the night manager or whoever picked up the phone gave me a nonsense story about asking Grubhub to contact me instead of him trying to call me. Did not offer a refund.

Ordered pickup for 8:00 and they gave me an hour old pizza. I asked if it was fresh because I did in fact confirm two times before picking it up that I would like for it to be ready at 8:00, and they said it’s “fine” and did not offer to remake it. I get home and it’s not even hot. Mid pizza, L service, Papa Johns.

Ah, Papa John’s…where the pizza tastes great, but you also get a fun, interactive experience! Who needs a pizza cutter when you can feel like a master chef slicing your own pie? Is this a new ‘DIY Pizza Cutting’ promotion, or should I bring my own knife next time? The photo attached is the bottom of 1/2 of a large pizza.

I wish I could give it a 0! The costumer service was awful I did a online delivery order it was taking forever to come so I called and they said there’s no driver and I have to come get after I already paid for extra fees and that then when I asked for a refund they said I couldn’t get one.then. to put the cherry on the cake when I looked at my online order it said it was delivered even though it never was so $19 dollars just down the drain..like I’m just pregnant and hungry I’m literally never ordering from here again and I’m deleting the app..

Please do Nice job on Food. You guys were the best around here. Please bring back your cooking skills. Where is the Bengali Manager. He was the best of all and super hard worker. Food used to be so great here at papa John’s. I would definitely give them another chance if it taste better next time. If not then no more papa John’s lansdowne. Thank you all.

I Order The New York Style XL Pepperoni Pizza Today 8/30/24 & It Was TERRIBLE !!! The Crust Was Sweet. You Would Think They Put Sugar In The Dough. It Had No Cheese On It The Pepperoni Was Super Hard & The Pizza Looked Old. When The Pizza Arrived It Wasn’t That Hot & It Was Just Overall Disgusting. Never Again Papa John’s Count Your Damn Days

Ordered a Large Works pizza around 12:30 ish am a night ago. Pizza was not cooked through, the bottom side was still raw.... the toppings were not evenly distributed. Either the staff at the current time was not trained or just does not care.

Listen I usually order from here a lot but whoever I was talking to in 7/19/23 didn’t wanna deliver my pizza because I ordered to late yall said it didn’t take my order yall didn’t see a order in the system well I got the receipt yall burnt me for my money and I didn’t get nothing from yall when can I get my money back …… been waiting 3 days
