Ordered at 5:22pm. App showed delivered at 6:22pm. No sign of driver. No call. Nothing. Called the manager and said the driver called multiple times. Terrible service. Avoid this location.

Pleasantly surprised. We haven't ordered from Papa John's in a while but the crispy pepperoni and sausage was delectable. Also, ordered a thin crust mushroom, onions and chicken. Chicken was a little scarce but my wife loved it.

Placed my order tonight 11/24/25 they were out of cheese sauce so I tried their new garlic sauces. All were much better then I'd have expected from a chain pizza spot. The Lansdowne location is always on time with my orders and they're always hot.

Wish I could give 0 stars! They are very rude. The driver gets lost and somehow that’s your problem. I was told have the driver come back and o can just go get my food and they would just remake it since the driver was just riding around for 30 mins with my food. I get there ans they called themselves giving me reheated food. When I let them know I will not accept that they were even more mad because I refused to accept reheated burnt food. He then said I’ll just refund you as if that’s hurting me feelings. No one there speaks English and just have the nastiest attitudes ever! There was customers in the store and seen what happened and even asked him why is he even acting in that manner as if I was in the wrong. I will never support this company in anyway at all! Not just this location I mean every location! The customer service is just horrible

I'm not sure if new ownership has taking ove, but I've ordered here 6 times since then and 3 out of the 6 times my order has been questionable. First issue I had was i got a pepperoni pizza that was like they baked a cheese pizza and pepperoni separately then put them together after they were done. Other two times the pizza didn't have the extra toppings I asked for. All that said, its Papa Johns, service at the counter is pleasant for a takeout spot, some pizza places in the area don't have a welcoming disposition to them when you come to pick up your food. Anyways, I'm mostly ordering here because they have weekly deals and I have a decent idea of what I'm going to get.

I ordered pizza by delivery, they changed 3 drivers, but finally no one picked that up, so I asked my friend to take pizza, this is the worst experience I ever had
I normally love papa John's but I ordered pizza recently and they dont give out hot peppers anymore and the garlic sauce was in a unknown container. They are always polite though

They service is horrible they give Papa John’s such a bad name, I literally watched the delivery guy pull the pizza out the bag side ways tilting the whole pizza, open the box cheese.. meat.. everything slide off

I ordered 2 medium pizzas they sent me 2 smalls, and when I called to tell them they told me we didn't get our delivery so we had to use what we had (BUT I PAID FOR MEDIUMS!). On top of that the pizzas was ice cold and flipped over in the box (I fix it for the picture). 1st I was told if u bring it to the store we'll give you a refund but i refused because i paid for delivery and tipped the driver, so by the end of the conversation I was told when I order again I will not have to pay so I was not refunded.
