They service is horrible they give Papa John’s such a bad name, I literally watched the delivery guy pull the pizza out the bag side ways tilting the whole pizza, open the box cheese.. meat.. everything slide off

I ordered 2 medium pizzas they sent me 2 smalls, and when I called to tell them they told me we didn't get our delivery so we had to use what we had (BUT I PAID FOR MEDIUMS!). On top of that the pizzas was ice cold and flipped over in the box (I fix it for the picture). 1st I was told if u bring it to the store we'll give you a refund but i refused because i paid for delivery and tipped the driver, so by the end of the conversation I was told when I order again I will not have to pay so I was not refunded.

Its a rainy day and I'm recovering from surgery. I sent my husband to pick up a pizza that I ordered online, he brought it home and it was wrong. I called the store and they immediately apologized and started remaking it. Drove back, and there was a wait but the manager/owner profusely apologized, explained they were understaffed, kept me updated every few minutes, and offered me a free drink for the wait. They're also dealing with a broken AC which is never fun. Everyone makes mistakes but what matters is the response. Overall, super professional and wonderful customer service.
The food is delicious. I ordered from here 3 nights in a row because it was just that good. The garlic parmesan wings are to die for, I just can't get enough of them.

This Papa Johns Pizza located in Lansdowne has good staff members that give accurate wait times. The food is good and the store is well stocked and cleaned. Keep up the good work 👍-Additionally The Menu is included in this review pictures for the customers can see the menu posted in May 2025.

The food is good sometimes but the service sucks, we ordered the combo meal with 2 pizzas and a 2 liter drink and it took 2 hours and never came, when we called the guy on the phone claimed the food was delivered then changed his story to say the food was picked up then said he had no drivers and was very rude when we asked to cancel the order. I never write reviews but that whole thing was so unproffesional and they shouldnt even have a delivery option if they have no drivers because we had no food in the house and had to just go to sleep because it was 11 and we ordered at 9!! Do better papa johns / edit: read the reviews on delivery from this location, im realizing this is happening to everyone who delivers from this location at night, they have no drivers and get mad when you call. DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!

They need a upgrade it's nasty there at this location I order pizza all burned up dry also need more service around the county like Darby ...we have to use Uber eats and wait two hours for our food the driver said the food was not ready and when they bring me my food it wasn't right very nasty here
