Tony Boys is a gem in Philadelphia, serving awesome breakfast and maintaining great food quality for years. The owner, Tony, is a great guy with excellent service. A customer for decades, they appreciate the unchanged delicious food and friendly atmosphere. The only downside is the inability to pay with debit.
