Ordered door dash for lunch break. The delivery guy was wonderful. I ordered a roast beef, curly fries, and a Diet Dr Pepper. When I received order the Diet wasn’t Diet Dr Pepper it was regular. I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and cant drink regular pop. I called to let them know what happened. The manager basically blew me off and even accused me of lying. Regular pop is nothing but sugar and can cause me a lot of problems. Which it caused a severe spike in my blood sugar. I have the receipt for proof of asking for Diet Dr Pepper; told the manager that. Even told her I still had the drink as verification that it was regular. That didn’t seem to matter to her.

This was the first time in an Arby's in about 10 years. Roughly 8:30 PM Sunday evening, they were decorating for Christmas, so I had to walk around and over the lights and tree parts just to get to the counter. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered the turkey club combo. The sandwich was very tasty, but almost warm at best. The fries were cold and gummy, and the pop was flat. I don't know how it works there, but I tried to order a pumpkin turnover, but all she had available was one last apple. This was with another 2 1/2 hours till close. Maybe I'll try another store.

I was in Latrobe to watch my son play football but I usually don't go out that way. The Arby's there is one of the nicest Arby's I have ever been in. The food was perfect, and the help actually looked like they wanted to be there. The one girl even asked me how my day's been going. Whenever I'm in Latrobe again I will definitely visit that Arby's. It was A+

Doing work here for a few weeks while the drive thru is operating. Personally, I couldn’t eat anything here knowing what stuff is getting kicked up a making to your sandwich. But that’s just me.

We ate inside. The lady who waited on us was pleasant. The food was ready quickly. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of parking available. The food was good. My only complaint is that I wish the food was cheaper. BUT that's kinda not an Arby's issue, but an issue EvErYWhERe at this time in history. We will return in the future?

Got the 4 for $10 which use to be 5 for $10 before "built back better" but they cant even give you buns that arent all burnt up. What a joke.
