we stood.inside for 8.minutes today. manager kept.looking at us and walking away taking care of drive thru. we left and took our business elsewhere.

Delivery driver here, I absolutely LOVE picking up orders from here! Mainly the afternoon and night shifts. The one manager who’s usually there in the morning, dark hair and looks 100% like she’d rip your face off for even smiling in her general direction, yeah she isn’t and hasn’t been the nicest person to interact with…like at all. It literally looks like the whole world pisses her off.

✨✨ BUT, that aside, I’ve never had any issues from there. Even if the order is running late, they let me know asap so I can pass the message along. The blonde woman with the glasses is so sweet ((she gave me super glue to fix mine that broke,)) same with the manager Fawn, shes always doing what she can to help wherever and she always has a smile on her face while doing it. Josh is a super nice guy as well. And the manager Ben is always very polite and respectful to me every time I’ve gone in there.✨✨

I ordered my food via BK app. I was only 15 minutes away, when I got there were 4 cars in front of me waiting to order their meals in the drive thru. It took me 30 minutes to get to the ordering screen, I was told they would be with me in a minute. I tried to explain that I had a mobile order and the woman got snippy with me. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AND THAT THEY WERE EXTREMELY SHORT HANDED. I only wanted to be able to move away from the screen so someone else good move up. I sat there waiting for 15 minutes for the car in front of me to get his order. When I finally got to the window, I was ask what my order was. I told her that it was a mobile order and she should of had it. She said never mind I will look it up. I have never been treated so disrespectfully I use apps all the time between my clients to eat. I was late for my shift due to their actions. No one even apologized for the long wait. It will be a lot time before I will eat here again Kim

I got the worst food poisoning ever from here. A simple whopper meal almost took me out... this was their 2nd chance after they tried to over charge me for the buy a whopper get 1 for a dollar. I hope they don't kill someone before they close for good this time.

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Burger King Latrobe, PAI recently visited the Burger King location in Latrobe, PA, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager, Ben. During my visits, I encountered rude and unprofessional conduct from Ben, which significantly impacted my dining experience. Despite there being no other customers waiting, Ben insisted that I move to the front of the store for my order, demonstrating a lack of respect and courtesy. When I expressed my concerns about safety, due to the fact that there is no where to pull in front without half of your car being in an oncoming traffic lane. Ben's dismissive and extremely rude response left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. This is my second experience with this person and they have both been horrible. Customer service is crucial in any business, and it's essential for managers to exhibit professionalism and good people skills. I hope that this feedback will prompt improvements in customer service at the Latrobe, PA location of Burger King. Lazy workers they had me waiting in drive thru to place an order for almost ten minutes I just parked and went inside and there’s absolutely ZERO customers in the store. Why am I waiting at peak lunch time when there are no other customers being served? Oh because the girl taking orders likes to stand outside and smoke cigarettes. Terrible service

On 7/14/2023 I place a order for a larger meal(shroom and Swiss) for my partner so obviously, we got the meal and was heading over to Wendy’s because I wanted food from there so while he was eating his food, he took his last bite and realized there was a hair I end up looking in the fries and realizing there was also hair immediately we went back over because I couldn’t get a hold of Anybody over the phone went back over went in and there was couple people in there and a gentleman came up and explain the situation and there was a female name Christy, and she got immediately cocky and defensive, saying it wasn’t her hair and asked where the burger was that I was furious cause I was trying to explain her, but she was being ghetto and cocky and needless to say I showed him the fries and I left it in a bag. I did get my money but she needed to learn. She needs to learn how to handle the situation a little bit better. She was highly disgusting. The place is disgusting and she should not be working there. If she can’t handle people there making mistakes the two guys that were beside me and it’s on video stated that none of them were wearing hair nuts and I told her that she should be wearing hairnets if she’s working around food and she stated she didn’t have to. I think that place is highly disgusting and I will make sure that I posted everywhere to notify everybody how disgusting it ignorant that places .
