I was expecting long wait to unload here after read all reviews. But had one of best experiences at this facility. Unloaded in less than 30 minutes and that too 6 hours before my appointment time. In and out in 1 hour. Very nice people in night shift.

You will wait hours & sometimes days to get loaded or unloaded, they have no concern for drivers, lack of management, lack of seriousness, lack of safety, 0.0113 FCS Broker to Driver Scale!
This Black List will be covered amongst a Group of Brokers that is 73,000+ Strong with access to over 120,000+ carriers!

Where do I start? 2 1/2 hours to get a door to load ....2 1/2 hours in the door waiting for them to start....nasty attitudes, rude and don't give a damn about your time. They're as bad as Pepsi and Coke.

This place promised me the world I was wrongfully let go I was union and they terminated me before even giving me the notices they were supposed to so honestly this place sucks for a job because even if you were told to take days off they will let you go DONT GET A JOB HERE THEY WILL JUST LET YOU GO

This company in general is a joke! I had empty cans scheduled to deliver at their location on Technology DR. I was sent to this location on 33rd ST, only to be told I had to go back. They decided to unload me anyway and gave me a door to save me a trip back. Been sitting for 8 hrs and finally unloaded. This company has zero work ethics!

This place is a FKING POS, 9 empty dock doors, and 3 forklift drivers on there phone, they spent 4 hours to unload me, they dont want pics to be taken, so i managed 1, you can see 3 forklift all of them has a driver within, yet they do not have availability

Don't deliver here. I was here for more than 12 hours waiting to get unloaded. There were times where there were no trucks in the doors and they wouldn't unload me. Broker won't pay you enough detention to deliver here lost entire day.

I have an appointment at 8:00 am 4/25/24 I arrived 9 p:45 pm on 4-24-24 and check in, guy told me go back to the truck will call, but they didn’t call me I ask the reasons why are they not calling, they made issue with space, there are numerous trucks coming they unloaded all just I am stuck here, while I ask the update a guy told rudely if you come again to ask I will not unload your truck, it’s too much I advise people to check the receiver before coming, receivers are so rude.
