Tried ordering online, once ready to place order app says the location is not accepting online orders from 2:45 - 10:00 pm, call the restaurant to order. After too many minutes repeating my items to the woman from Dennys to place my order on the phone, she said she would repeat my order back to me. Then she hesitated and said "this location is not accepting phone orders. Please drive to the location and go inside and order."

Went there today with my daughter and we ordered lasagna with garden salad and garlic toast. The garlic toast was very good. The salad was okay. The lasagna not so much. The server brings it and warns how hot it is. My daughter starts eating hers and she is having a hard time cutting it. When I tried to cut mine, it would not cut. Here, it was frozen in the middle. Then they take it back to microwave more. She brings it back and says it should be good. It was bubbling like a volcano. She stopped by a couple of minutes later to ask if it was okay. I said I have no idea it is still bubbling. I then told her we did not want it and my daughter did not want hers either. The noodles were tough from overheating. They did not charge us. But we wasted 40 minutes. Then we just went to McDonalds.

I try not to give out bad reviews to places because I do understand things happen. My family and I have tried this place at least 5 times without leaving a review. We like Denny's but this location always disappoints. They tend to have slow service even when there aren't many customers and they are staffed. The food was especially disappointing this time. I found a small clump of hair in my burger and then another hair in the burger as well. The walls in the kitchen were layered in grease buildup. This was our anniversary dinner and it was nasty. My family and I will NOT be coming back to this location. It has really gone down hill.

What I don't completely understand is why after my husband had worked here for 2 months, almost 3. And everyone knowing that he had an issue 8 years before. Did they all of the sudden develop a problem with it. And we went in as customers did the servers who glanced our way multiple times decide to ignore us and basically refuse to serve us

My sister & I love to dine at Dennys especially when Lorna is our waitress! She always greets us with a huge smile and makes us feel so welcome. I know I will get exactly what I want when she us there. She is very attentive to our needs. All the waiters & waitresses are good but I have to say Lorna is why we come to Dennys in Latrobe. Her service is the best!!
