The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. I loved my chicken chalupas from the A la carte menu for $7, and on Monday the margarita was $4.

Not much in the plaza, so I did Mexican, again. Very good service and scary-fast. Before I could even check my phone for messages, the food was done. The small hamburger beef burrito and taco was fairly standard, but the price $7.50 with rice was great for a sit down restaurant with several employees eager to serve you, and fast which made up for the slight lack of flavor and originality. Just wish I coukd have gotten a recommendation or intro to something new or why this restarant was special or different or something. A good crowd with more seats in the back for lunch. How do they manage whereas the chains and fast food do so much worse.. oh yes Mexican restaurants like this have a better work ethic!

Food was good and fairly inexpensive. There were plenty of sides you could add. The wait staff kept the drinks filled. The salsa was not spicy, but a couple of drops of the hit pepper sauce fixed that.

Essentially 20 bucks for a plate of Carne Asada that had everything on the plate taste like onion and only onion.

And I find that to be grossly unappealing as the only flavor on a plate that also had seasoned rice and beans on it. That all tasted like onions and nothing else.

Carne Asada is one of my favorite things to get at this type of restaurant and it tasted of nothing but onion.

This is the third time I've ordered the same thing from this place and each time I get it the order ends up being wrong, but in a different way each time. This time the chicken was so dry it's inedible, the last time I didn't get any of the toppings that come with the dish, but a huge burrito full of dry chicken, the time before that I got an entirely different order that what I had placed. I'm done with this place.
