This location is horrible. Filthy inside. Every table was dirty. They overcharge you. The manager, Deanna is rude and refuses to fix any issues. When you ask you get an attitude. I got charged for an extra wrap and add ons I didn't get. I did not order, nor did I receive it. Don't go to this location.

Very disappointed been coming to this Dunkin a long time. Sometimes they make my drink wrong because for some reason it's a common one to mess up. But went over to get my new one just as bad had to call again this time instead of offering a refund or the manager to come make it correctly I got nothing won't be visiting here unless this is fixed. They need re trained.

Used to work here when I was a minor i was refused breaks when working 5 or more hours which is illegal. this job was so stressful and this was my first job I worked so hard and made lots of customers happy. I cleaned places that havnt been cleaned forever my assistant manager would freak out if I asked for help most times wasnt distribued tips either they would wait till I leave to do it. I quit :) 💔

I stop at this Dunkin often and usually have a good experience. I got my coffee this morning and it was sour tasting. I tried to call to let them know because I’m assuming the creamer has gone bad. But my call kept saying they were unavailable
The machine was broken so I couldn't order what I wanted. The coffee I got was fine. I didn't get the correct dounuts I asked for. I really dislike the drive thur here and how tight it is to get down.

The last two times I ordered a toasted bagel with butter, they put cream cheese on the bagel. The second time, they seemed to realize their mistake before handing it to me, because instead of preparing an entirely new bagel, they scraped the cream cheese off and put butter on top. Yeah, I could still taste the cream cheese people. I will avoid this location. They also rarely have all products in stock, even in the morning when it should have been prepared for the breakfast rush.
