Staff was not helpful or kind in a customer service way. They were short with me and others. Supply / inventory was painfully low. Don't ask questions about product .. you will be told " what you see is all we have". ..

Usually it’s awesome, but someone went to my Dunkin in Murrysville, PA on Saturday and bought 15 dozen donuts, which pert near cleaned them out, so we waited 20 min in line. If it were me I would have said “no, you have to call ahead 24 hours for such a large order.” BUT money talks I guess, so the rest of us suffered that day. Not cool!

if you want a customized iced coffee or even hot coffee...this Dunkin is very good! Also people are nice! better than Starbucks!

If you enjoy frozen burritos, and random stuff floating in your coffee then you came to the right place. The nitro cold brew is completely flat, it’s basically just warm cold brew. 2 separate times I had to force myself to eat a frozen burrito. Just don’t go here

I placed a mobile order for 1/2 dozen donuts. It’s Mother’s Day, so I wasn’t shocked that they were out. I asked them nicely for a refund and Laz gave me attitude. I went inside to see if the manager could do anything for me, and she told me she could either refund me or I could wait an hour or so so they could make more. I decided to do some other things and kill an hour since she was super nice and understanding about it. Over an hour later I go to the drive through and Laz is there again giving me attitude and basically acting like I’m stupid for coming back. He said something along the lines of, “Like I told you earlier, we’re OUT OF DONUTS.” At this point I’m getting upset because the manager told me to come back and was super nice about it so I go inside ready to ask for a refund. I barely got two steps into the door when another employee (brown hair and glasses and AirPods in both ears) screamed at me that they were out of donuts. I mean it literally too, and he was waving his hands around like I was blind. He then got into a screaming match with one of his other coworkers until the same manager came out and politely told me they were waiting on the last donut being frosted for my order. So to the manager wearing a blue polo with dark hair, thank you for your kindness and help. As for the rest of the staff, you all should be ashamed. It’s uncalled for to treat customers that way, especially on a holiday and you know nothing about the people stopping by. If I want to go to Dunkin, from now on I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Greensburg. The service I received, other than the manager, was absolutely awful and sickening. Whoever the general manager is needs to have a serious conversation with their employees because they will continue to lose customers if they continue to allow their employees to treat customers in the manner they did to me today.

Terrible service, ordered ahead and still took 15 minutes for drinks. Handed us drinks, had to ask for straws.

Service was absolutely AWFUL!!!! I've never experienced someone so rude to take an order at the drive thru and to continue to be rude at the window. 4/12/24 order 8941 at 11:03AM. It was like the world ended when I asked for my receipt and for the ketchup that I asked for that I didn't have in the bag. Mind u I was the only one in line there was no huge rush at the drive thru. I didn't even ask for a straw for my drink at this point for my iced coffee. I did however still say thank you respectfully and have a good day and she closed the window on me.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Dunkin Donuts just doesn't have the selection that they used to. I will admit that the selection they do have is absolutely delicious. The coffees are also very yummy.

I go there at 630 pm, I wanted a dozen donuts, they didn't have enough for a dozen, false advertising, and rude workers, I'll never return.
