Used to work here when I was a minor i was refused breaks when working 5 or more hours which is illegal. this job was so stressful and this was my first job I worked so hard and made lots of customers happy. I cleaned places that havnt been cleaned forever my assistant manager would freak out if I asked for help most times wasnt distribued tips either they would wait till I leave to do it. I quit :) 💔

I stop at this Dunkin often and usually have a good experience. I got my coffee this morning and it was sour tasting. I tried to call to let them know because I’m assuming the creamer has gone bad. But my call kept saying they were unavailable

The machine was broken so I couldn't order what I wanted. The coffee I got was fine. I didn't get the correct dounuts I asked for. I really dislike the drive thur here and how tight it is to get down.

The last two times I ordered a toasted bagel with butter, they put cream cheese on the bagel. The second time, they seemed to realize their mistake before handing it to me, because instead of preparing an entirely new bagel, they scraped the cream cheese off and put butter on top. Yeah, I could still taste the cream cheese people. I will avoid this location. They also rarely have all products in stock, even in the morning when it should have been prepared for the breakfast rush.

Waited in a small line for 45mins! This is almost every other day too. The guy at the window rushes me with my order. And gets loud with me if he has to repeat something, extremely rude.. I’ll walk in and most of the workers just stand there and laugh and giggle. Like I have to go to work too. Greensburg Dunkin definitely has me in an out less than 9 mins.
