Service was absolutely AWFUL!!!! I've never experienced someone so rude to take an order at the drive thru and to continue to be rude at the window. 4/12/24 order 8941 at 11:03AM. It was like the world ended when I asked for my receipt and for the ketchup that I asked for that I didn't have in the bag. Mind u I was the only one in line there was no huge rush at the drive thru. I didn't even ask for a straw for my drink at this point for my iced coffee. I did however still say thank you respectfully and have a good day and she closed the window on me.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Dunkin Donuts just doesn't have the selection that they used to. I will admit that the selection they do have is absolutely delicious. The coffees are also very yummy.
I go there at 630 pm, I wanted a dozen donuts, they didn't have enough for a dozen, false advertising, and rude workers, I'll never return.

The food is really good but they often get my order wrong.
i used to go here all the time when i didn't have enough time to make myself breakfast. never had any problems up until like a year ago, where every time i get food there's something wrong with it. more often than not anything out of the oven tastes like oven cleaner, isn't warm in the middle, and is very obviously older than it should be. the donuts aren't always bad but i've gotten at least five within this year that were stale. what inspired me to actually sit here and write this was this morning, when i sat in the drive thru for like 5 minutes before i finally got an answer to my "hello" over the speaker. like pulled directly in front of the speaker in my loud honda civic, in the middle of a long line of a rush i already waited in, and was forgotten about for at least 5 minutes. definitely pissed me off! i don't see myself coming here anymore, i just finished the oven cleaner bagel and my stomach feels great. going to pound a gatorade and hope for the best

They gave the last donut that I wanted to the drive through. I asked for assorted munchkins and got all one kind.My sandwich was good.The focus was more on the drive through than than the customers standing at the counter.

Honestly nothing you would not expect from a DD. The donuts are OK and as expected. Standard service and a tiny area to eat. The place always seams like it should have been cleaned more recently but it is never terrible.Parking: The lot is tough to get in and out of at times. The drive thru lanes impact the ability to get in or out when they are busy
