This is the only Fox's Pizza that I order from. I've tried different locations but Latrobe makes the best pizza.

I decided to order a pizza tonight (12/21/23) because I found that I had a 30% discount reward (Promo #166). I attempted to apply the code but it was denied. The reward expires today (12/21/23) and to my knowledge, the day was not yet over at my order time of approx. 7:35 PM. As a VERY long term and faithful customer, I find the practice of rewards expiring at random extremely disappointing and this will definitely affect my choice of pizza restaurants in the future. To add insult to injury, I decided to send a feedback message to the restaurant, however, because the "captcha" process ("Are you a robot?" -which everyone hates!!) was not working (there is a "note to owner" of a system error) - so I could not submit my feedback. I love Fox's Pizza and order it regularly but seriously - get your technology in order. If I'm gonna spend $30.00 on a pizza I expect a business' IT process to not waste my time on top of my money. There are other pizza options in Latrobe!! Another issue: you are charged an additional fee if you pay online with credit card. Who does that anymore????

The wedgie was good, nothing special. Ordered hot cheese “cubes” and I know the pictures aren’t going to be what you get but. I got freezer burnt white literal cubes. Horrible. What I got vs what I ordered.

Use to have the best Stromboli.. Now they don’t put hardly any toppings in it.They didn’t put all of my toppings and when I called, I talked to the manager and she had a attitude like she can care less. She practically called me a liar.Now they are putting less stuff in it and charging more for it. And also charging for using a card. My last few visits at Latrobe store was very unpleasant but the food was great.. Now they are getting worst. Neither less to say, they lost one customer… And if they keep doing what they are doing, they are going to lose a lot more…

I got a Buffalo chicken, fry, salad and I had anticipated this for years..and I was sadly disappointed...the wedge fries with it were not the best combination:(

I recently ordered two strombolis: Italian for me and steak for my fiancée. She asked for no onions, but what she received were no onions, no ranch dressing, no mushrooms, and hardly any cheese. To be honest, there was not much filling in either one, since the end crust for both was about 2". When I called and complained, I was told I could come and pick up a replacement. After getting a lecture on why green peppers ARE sweet peppers (I still don't think so), I took the new Stromboli home.My fiancée did not eat anymore that evening, but we took it along on our vacation trip the next day in a cooler with ice packs. I don't think this is the reason the meat tasted old and tainted. She scraped that off and did eat some of the crust along with the THREE small mushroom pieces she could find. What a disappointment. I always liked their Italian Stromboli but after this experience will not go back there again.

Terrible experience. Waited an hour to just have the delivery man leave, called to see where it was at and the lady on the phone was rude. When the delivery guy arrived, there was no conversation.

I'm literally a 10 minute walk from them. I understand it's Super Bowl Sunday but it took close to an hour and a half for delivery. The cheese on the large pizza was burnt black. It was hard and disgusting. Gave it away. Ordered cheese sticks with marinara none was received. Bad experience. Will NEVER order from there again. My mother in Murrysville loves Foxes, that's the Delmont location though. Their food was always great. There's a big difference in those workers and the one's here. Sad

Pizza was really good. The floor needed swept in the dining area. The table needed wiped so I used one of the wipes that I had in my purse.

Absolutely horrible loyalty to there loyal customers I waited for a pizza from 6:18pm until 7:50pm on top of this when the delivery driver got here he had the wrong toppings on my pizza. I proceeded to tell him I literally just gave them a 5 star review I deleted. This situation is beyond excusable and the manager should of took accountability but instead made excuses. I was not rude or loud with her there is no reason for this nor an excuse. I usually order pizzas for my son's bday party 5 or 6 this will not happen anymore. Ashame this was my favorite pizza place its takin long in the past but never said anything but this is ridiculous I'm sorry.

I like the food and my son loves the claw machine even though he sometimes cleans the prizes out and it takes a while to restock them. Staff is nice and almost knows why we are there.
