They were like 2 minutes later than expected on my mobile order and gave me a free soda, coupons, and apologized multiple times for the wait. Small things that will keep us coming back for years. Lifelong customers here.

Latrobe Jersey Mike's employees always seem happy. Been to several other Jersey Mike's but none compare to this branch. Good food, good people just can't say enough about this location.

Food is always consistent and delicious. Very clean and well kept up on overall. And the Jay is that dude behind the counter guaranteed to make you feel welcome and like you made the right choice by stopping in for a bite to eat. My son and myself have made this place a regular stop. And don’t let me discredit the rest of the staff they are always awesome but my son and myself love having Jay there to take our order and whip up some bomb food! You guys and gals are killing it keep up the amazing work

Visited the Latrobe location this evening and had a great experience ordering a turkey sandwich. Great staff with nice skills building my sandwich and adding some humor to the experience. Thanks to the awesome staff at this location and the energy that they bring to their jobs and creating a great experience and sandwich for the customer. Thank You!

What I ordered was done to perfection… The people that work over in the Latrobe Jersey Mike’s they’re very pleasant. They’re very nice. They’re so very helpful!! Even though I live, close to Indiana I Would never go to that Jersey Mike’s with all the bad Reviews and if they Don’t get that place straightened up. It’s gonna close like it did many years ago!!! Latrobe’s People that work there are fantastic and that’s where My husband and I will be going!!! We were there today what we brought home was exactly what we told them that we wanted and it was perfect!!! I had the sub in the tub!!! it was excellent!!

Vegetarian options: There is a lot of vegetarian options if you want them… And how many you want?

Dietary restrictions: I do not eat bread so I got the sub in the tub and it was outstanding!!!

Parking: There’s a load of places to park over there. I have never had a problem at all!!!
