Well I am not a big fan of submarine sandwiches. A friend asked me to take him to this location so that he could get sandwiches for his family. He offered to get me one for the ride. I accepted, and was surprisingly happy with the sandwich I got. It was well made with nice ingredients and was delicious. I would probably get another sandwich in the future

Visited the store for lunch, person taking the orders and doing the cooking were nothing but nice, however, the cashier (who was adding the veggies etc) was so rude it was unbelievable, I asked for the dressing on the side, she picked up the sandwich and slammed it on the counter, I told her I’m sorry if I ruined her day, was cocky and rude in every way. I also work with the public and treat them like I want to be treated, this person needs to go to save your business.

They were like 2 minutes later than expected on my mobile order and gave me a free soda, coupons, and apologized multiple times for the wait. Small things that will keep us coming back for years. Lifelong customers here.

Latrobe Jersey Mike's employees always seem happy. Been to several other Jersey Mike's but none compare to this branch. Good food, good people just can't say enough about this location.
