“custard is always amazing. today I got a coffee. hinterland delight or something. hints of nuts cinnamon and vanilla is what I was told. coffee was so bitter. I ordered it with sugar and added 4 more after the fact. Will not be ordering coffee again. tasted very old“

“The food is always so amazing but today my boyfriend and I witnessed something that was very bothersome about the management. There was a newer hire working and the manager was being very belittling towards her. It’s one thing to show someone how to do something properly and there’s another way of doing it where you make someone feel so horrible that they are about to cry. The second is what we saw and it made me so mad and uncomfortable. People wonder why no one wants to work. I can tell you that situations with mean and denigrating managers are why. Maybe show positivity and actual tools to help this girl be successful instead of being a complete monster.“
