Food was hot and good. However they seem to be very inconsistent in getting order correct. But why complain it will never get fixed just like all other fast food places in area. It’s 50/50 just got to take your chance.

Drive thru attendant , Kelsey, was very rude. She stated that they could not put honey garlic sauce on the side for tenders nor the Nashville hot sauce on the side for my husband to add to his famous bowl. However the garlic honey came on the side for the nuggets. Our bag was also ripped and instead of getting us a new one she handed it out the window with a warning. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location next time.

This place is filthy, the windows, floors and tables not clean. The woman’s bathroom is disgraceful, and disgusting. It says the bathrooms are clean every 30 minutes and that’s a lie. I could write my name in the dirt if I had gloves on. We went to another business to use the rest room. We ended up eating in the car. 1004 Rt 30 plaza in Latrobe Pa. I want to post my pictures but this review don’t give the option to do so. The health department should give them a visit.

I’m highly upset the last time I ordered chicken nuggets from KFC. They were great this time. I don’t know who the bubblehead was that filled the box but she gave me we tiny little pieces and counted that as 12. Apparently you don’t know how to count or apparently you don’t know your job. The side that came with it yes I got the rest of the stuff I didn’t get!!! I can see why this place changes so many times before they had gentlemen that worked in there they were fabulous. This crew that they have now are awful. I don’t know who the manager is. He needs to get his “workers” In line and tell me something that Sweet smile of that girl that was at the cash register with no teeth I’m sure everybody would love to eat in that place first and last time we’re done with this place!!!

I have to say a few weeks ago....I was so Hungary for Kentucky fried chicken. I was very hesitant because my husband and I hadn't gotten anything from there for 2yrs. Being that the last time our chicken wasn't done and I wont go into detail. We'll I went ahead in. The supervisor, I believe his name was Chris was oh so nice. I told him straight up....what had happen 2yrs before and that I was willing to spend money on a good meal and a done meal. He told me new management and better help with people who cared. I've been in management myself and to me was a great answer. So I ordered a nice meal to go. When I got home and we finally ate....this was such a change. Fresh and done well. All the sides were great and fresh and biscuits to. You won me back KFC. Thank you for caring.

ordered online so they can have plenty of time to get order right, but they still forgot the 4 different sauces that go with the tenders so when you live 30 minutes away ,you just have a ruined meal because when I call management the response was oh well sorry, we'll I'm not sorry we won't ever be back, shame because I like the food usually

Bf drove off before they could give him the bag of our sides but they were so accommodating and nice and fixed the situation for us ☺️

I do DoorDash delivery and these guys are one of the best in town. Always fast, super great management, and everyone is always friendly. The food has been great every time I’ve ever ordered.
