Stop in on a Friday early afternoon for lunch. I got the famous bowl and it was so fresh. The chicken was fried perfectly crisp, not undercooked some places. The customer service here is amazing. I was greeted at the door and the person who took my order was friendly. Also the bathroom was very clean as well as the dining area and soda machine. I’ll be stopping back in when I get a taste for kfc again.

Thursday sept 14, 2023Ordered the 30 dollar fill up with tenders.. did not receive any sauces, second time happening.. called the store a little mad.. got hung up on.. called corporate.. would not refund money because their position is the sauce is complimentary.. and you actually aren’t paying for them when you order.. which is the stupidest excuse I ever had.. receipt says I ordered my food a particular way.. that was with sauce.. and I had no idea .. you might get them… you might not.. receipt says the 4 sauces.. so it creates expectations.. that Kentucky fried chicken believes it does not have to satisfy.. maybe it’s time for them to either hire employees that care about the customers orders in detail..stop the app from asking what sauces you want.. or when you make a mistake.. own up to it.. and deliver on customer expectations.. I like everyone else .. like my tenders in sauce.. not unusual!!!
