I placed an app order against my better judgment. I didn’t receive all the food I ordered… wait , I did get a thigh instead of a breast, for one breast/ wing combo meal. Gross. I ordered extra food because it’s not the first time .Glutton for punishment. Yes it’s my fault, I really should have checked the bag, but I was in a hurry. When I contacted KFC about the order, I was told I was wrong and I received everything. Silly me for expecting the actual order I paid for. Obviously KFC is comfortable operating that way .

2 pc deal for $5 all 3 of mine missing items. It clearly says comes WITH mashed potatoes never got them (checked 4 times before confirming the payment), thank God I got the extra sides I ordered this time. Couldn't even get the correct sauces for my meal. Then the manager in there complaining about a customer on the phone while im inside and people at the drive through window.

The cleanliness could use a little help and maybe trim up the bushes that are outside I don't know if the owner just does not care.. it's hard to believe that a KFC in Latrobe is this terrible. Not saying anything about the food. But they definitely could clean up the place a little bit.

I will never eat there again. That is the most disgusting filthy, gross food. Restaurant I've ever seen. I don't know how they are open. I don't know how they are not shut down by the food health services, just gross. Everything is disgustingly dirty, not even a little bit, absolutely gross dirty. And they're serving food there, imagine what you can't see back where they're cooking, how dirty that is, and then he outside the landscaping, it looks like the place has been closed for months. I don't know what is up with the business, but either shut it down or clean it up.

Salim is one of the best employees I’ve ever came across! Every single time he’s there our orders are correct, food is perfect and it’s the best fast food experience. If he hasn’t gotten a raise yet, he truly deserves one, and needs to be the manager of that location. Truly every KFC needs a Salim. Thank you for being the best!

They got our order completely wrong it was missing our Mac and cheese and our gravy, The chicken was awfully dry and old and ultimately made me and my girlfriend very sick.
Placed an order for pickup but it went to the wrong KFC. The guy and lady there was so incredibly nice and understanding when I made this mistake. I showed them the order and Without asking or anything the guy made what I ordered within a minute. The food was great too it’s not even about that. The genuine human to human interaction and everything made me write this review. Keep being great and I will 100% be seeing them again.

Drive thru attendant , Kelsey, was very rude. She stated that they could not put honey garlic sauce on the side for tenders nor the Nashville hot sauce on the side for my husband to add to his famous bowl. However the garlic honey came on the side for the nuggets. Our bag was also ripped and instead of getting us a new one she handed it out the window with a warning. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location next time.
