Place was really clean for Black Friday. We were the only ones inside, everyone was doing drive thru. Fish & chicken is always better fresh & not drove the whole way home to get soggy.

The gentleman taking orders Thursday Sept 26th at the drive through around 7pm had to be deaf. I tried to order a number six at least three times and he rung it up as one. So I proceeded to leave because I didn't have a bull horn handy to order correctly. They either need to update their headsets or bring the order box closer to the car instead of 4ft away. Management won't fix this problem because when they remodeled the building and the menu they ran out of money to update the parking lot.

My drive through experience wasn’t great because they didn’t give me hush puppies that were part of the meal. No fork or napkin either. The food is good and I don’t eat fast food often. Wasn’t impressed for the $15.00 I spent on the meal. Tasty, but incomplete.

I love Long John silver's. I have since I was a kid but every time I go there and eat in Latrobe I get sick. I don't know if it's the oil they fry in or the batter that they use but it makes me sick in my belly every time.
Parking: Large enough parking lot to provide for everyone no matter how busy they are
Kid-friendliness: Kids love going there and eating. And it's special to ring the bell as you're walking out
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is ramped so that it's wheelchair accessible.

To be honest I didn't realize this location was still open, but they honestly do have really tasty food, and a big portion size for the small price you pay. If I had a girlfriend, I would've probably proposed inside. This is the happiest place on earth
