My bagel was burnt both were burnt my husband ate his an didn’t seem to care but mine was nasty so when I called I was told it would be replaced my next visit make sure if you call you get the managers name because when I came back for said sandwich I was told after 30 days they are thrown away an if that’s the case it’s fine but tell your customer that sorry when your food is messed up your not real eager to run back. But I was gave the wrong number for Corprate 3 times an then heard her conversation with her manager about not giving me the number an laughing for her to call me guess she didn’t want to because the manager got back on with the correct number. Now I am the GM of the Irwin Burgerking and the way I was treated is absolutely disgusting I felt like a criminal all I wanted is the food that I paid for the money I work very hard for everyday so when I’m purchasing something I want to be able to eat it that simple. So apparently it’s ok to treat your customers like this. I will not spend my money here I will take the extra drive to go to Greensburg. I know one thing that I should thank them for is I will be extremely mindful on how I handle these situations at my store because this is not a good feeling we have jobs because of the customers because the customers want to spend their money with us an that should mean more to a company then a product that they probablyonly cost them less then a dollar to make. The managers name is Ashley an the manager she was talking to on the phones name was Jenn. After writing this I get my food an ask for extra breakfast sauce an only 1 piece of cheese it definitely had extra breakfast sauce but both had 2 pieces of cheese the girl argues with me that it only had 1 piece so not only did I pay for the bagel that I should of got for free it ended up being wrong again when I called she said you can come back an I’ll replace it actually really made me mad I don’t want it fixed I wanted right the first 2 times like seriously I get it this business is not easy but come on do not need it fixed be a I will not be back I will drive to Greensburg for now on

Ice cream machine was broken kid didn’t even know he had orange Fanta. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food people at cash register. Don’t know how to count money at cash register

There is a female employee. Possibly shift manager around 4pm. Was absolutely SCREAMING at 15yo employees about dropping nuggets or needs more fries. It was so distracting and uncomfortable I had to pack my sons happy meal up and leave to eat at home. If you're that stressed hun, don't work there. Jesus.

We walked in and almost immediately a young girl with dark hair told us to just use the kiosk to order our food. As she told us this she ignored our presence and rolled her eyes once we made eye contact.. as we started using the kiosk, she was the only one of the workers complaining about how big the line was for the drive thru. So we just decided to leave.. Probably won't go back in there.. Typically don't get McDonald's but my sugar was low.. We decided to get Subway and there was only 1 worker in the she was very nice and made everyone ahead of us's sandwiches quick when we got out of Subway, McDonald's still had the same line. Not exactly fast food..

The food I got is a disgrace. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The last time i ordered from them they completely forgot my chicken nuggets. This time my burger is soaked in ketchup. Absolutely the worst McDonald's around!! DO NOT EAT THERE!

Terrible ! This McDonald’s can NEVER get anything right , there is always always missing items that I ordered, should start charging money out of the employee’s own pockets every time they forget an item I bet they would stop messing things up then !

I just hate their fries ?, I had a great crave for fries while Door Dashing so I scooped up fries while picking up an order. Just sheer disappointment, bland & mushy almost. Meh is all I have to say.

This McDonalds has to have the dumbest employees, poor management, and worst food. It isn't often I write a review but when I have to go through the drive through TWICE because my orders wrong, and then get the whole way home just to pull the wrong food out of the bag is frustrating to say the least! Do better, I mean you literally make more $ per hour than most people and you can't do the most important part of your job...getting people's orders correct! The place wasn't even busy!

Check your food!!! No customers at the restaurant at 6pm and they tried to give us the same 2 cold hard big Mac's through the drive through twice! No apologies given. Worst restaurant ever. Rude staff.

So many times this same place messes a part of our order up. Last time I got a coke instead of vanilla iced coffee. And shorted a small fry. I went back for the fry and they only gave me the small fry I was missing. Nothing for messing it up you know? That would've been nice to make it a bigger size! It wasn't till I got home with our almost 40$ order that I realized the drinks weren't right either. By that time I didn't want to go back.

The napkins were empty at the drink station and it was clear that none of the tables were wiped off and sanitary!! Definitely lacking dinning room cleanliness
