Went through the drive through my bf got cheeseburgers with only cheese and ketchup they put mustard pickles and onions on it completely messed it up and the girl at the window wasn’t friendly

Food is always mediocre and why are my fries always upside down in my bag lol. My mcchicken looked like someone ran it over with a truck. Burger was pink too

Sat in the driveway through for 20 minutes before anyone even took my order and there was maybe a total of 6 cars in line. The food is lackluster anymore, they always seem to forget something or mess an item up. I do not eat McDonald's often and this is the reason why.

It’s hard to imagine a worse fast food restaurant. They always suck, but this time was even worse. Always a wait, this time 20 mins for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Then the girl brings out only 1 burger and 1 fry. Employees emote misery for their job. Clearly management is terrible. Will NEVER be back. We need a 0 star rating

Ordered a double quarter pounder, got a cold, uncooked single quarter pounder. Cold, hard fries, No sauce (definitely ordered) for the chicken nuggets. Thanks for NOTHING. We won't be back. I'm sure that won't bother McDonald's. Clearly there's no quality, or customer service. Peace.

Absolutely terrible my father went to get food and I asked for a burger that was plain with extra pickles and they gave me onions only and it doesn’t even look appealing to eat

Horrible first I went to the drive-through waited. Nobody answered, drove around went and went to the bathroom went upfront stood there and waited for who knows how long the teenager working in the back he seen me. He didn’t go. Tell anybody I was standing up front. I stood there for another good 234 minutes. Finally, the lady walked up front and seen me Then I waited for my food forever. My fries, half Coke and cold. My burger was cold and my sweet tea was unsweetened tea very dissatisfied will never return again and the floors were straight grease. I don’t know who mopped the floors, but it wasn’t with floor cleaner. I almost slipped and fell out the front door.

My bagel was burnt both were burnt my husband ate his an didn’t seem to care but mine was nasty so when I called I was told it would be replaced my next visit make sure if you call you get the managers name because when I came back for said sandwich I was told after 30 days they are thrown away an if that’s the case it’s fine but tell your customer that sorry when your food is messed up your not real eager to run back. But I was gave the wrong number for Corprate 3 times an then heard her conversation with her manager about not giving me the number an laughing for her to call me guess she didn’t want to because the manager got back on with the correct number. Now I am the GM of the Irwin Burgerking and the way I was treated is absolutely disgusting I felt like a criminal all I wanted is the food that I paid for the money I work very hard for everyday so when I’m purchasing something I want to be able to eat it that simple. So apparently it’s ok to treat your customers like this. I will not spend my money here I will take the extra drive to go to Greensburg. I know one thing that I should thank them for is I will be extremely mindful on how I handle these situations at my store because this is not a good feeling we have jobs because of the customers because the customers want to spend their money with us an that should mean more to a company then a product that they probablyonly cost them less then a dollar to make. The managers name is Ashley an the manager she was talking to on the phones name was Jenn. After writing this I get my food an ask for extra breakfast sauce an only 1 piece of cheese it definitely had extra breakfast sauce but both had 2 pieces of cheese the girl argues with me that it only had 1 piece so not only did I pay for the bagel that I should of got for free it ended up being wrong again when I called she said you can come back an I’ll replace it actually really made me mad I don’t want it fixed I wanted right the first 2 times like seriously I get it this business is not easy but come on do not need it fixed be a I will not be back I will drive to Greensburg for now on

Ice cream machine was broken kid didn’t even know he had orange Fanta. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food people at cash register. Don’t know how to count money at cash register
