Went through drive thru hoping I would get quick service. I was wrong!! Ordered quarter pounder, onions & ketchup only...when I asked the woman at the drive thru window to make sure that it was correct, she stated that she wasn't permitted to double check the order. Long story short, I had to go into the restaurant, wait for someone to "see me" and then wait for the correct order to be made. This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant and received the wrong order, but it will be the last!! Other McDonald franchises are run more professionally than this one AND they give napkins with your order (unlike this franchise).

Ordered the chicken big macs, which unfortunately are just giant dry thin chicken nuggets. It was not good. Actually made me miss the greasy burger.

We had 2 order!!! A total of 3 items! Got up to pick up food, they said we didn’t have a second order. They argued with us about second order. Burger was cold. I got no buffalo sauce. Sandwich’s were sloppy!!! I would give 0 stars but you can’t. My family won’t be back!!!

McD's is always a hit or miss these days. I never visit McD's without using the app. Today, I just got a basket of fries with a free Med. Fry from the app for about $5. The basket was full, and so was the Med. fry container. This was easily split between 4 people. 1st Drive through person was kind, and so was the 2nd window that handed out the food.

Did not get what we ordered. You guys don't have good workers behind that counter. Look into new employees. Our food was cold and not good. Over filled the drinks and they spilt everywhere. Find new people and get people that can talk so we can hear what they're saying

Got a Big Mac. They should call it a Little Mac. Thought I was eating a slider. The bun was small and the patties almost non existent. I will never go there again.

The location on rt 30 seems a world better than the location on Lincoln Ave .. but serious secret the drive through sweet tea is 1000x superior to the one they have inside ( wink wink nudge nudge).
Kid-friendliness: I highly recommend the McGriddle but it wasn't an option listed. However, the kid-friendliness here is 10+/10 they will even let you know what kid meal toys are available there and they actually WILL provide the one that you ask for.

Nothing burns me more than employees purposely slopping your burgers up to a point where they can't be eaten. Time to terminate an employee in my opinion.
