Worst fast food place I've ever went to. The drive thru always takes a long time because they have to correct orders they constantly get wrong. Most of the younger staff is rude and get mad when asked nicely to fix a mistake. Dining area looks good, unfortunately that does not make up for the fact the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks.

Apparently, one can't get waited on inside at the counter to dine in. After 2 employees looked at me waiting and just walked away, I called back into the kitchen and was told they were too busy with filling orders to take mine. I've never seen what I ask for on their kiosk. Too bad. Walked out after 20min.

Worthless mcdonalds. Apparently the system is down conveniently 20 minutes before closing. Very flipping convenient! Never order from here again!

Unfortunately the employees are nice but the food service is bad. Everytime I order from this McDonald's, it gets worse. I go out of my way to Greensburg to get McDonald's bc at least I know I'll have better quality there. Food is always cold or has been sitting for a while. The fries are always dead and cold, almost tasting raw. Apparently this McDonald's has new management, wheres the management then??

Absolutely horrible. My food tasted dry, I ordered a plain McCrispy and it was so dry. Dry. Some of the fries were dry but they were actually scarily good! Which is unusual from McDonald's, they only make crap food.

Where to begin. I ordered 2 big breakfasts. When we sat down, we had no forks, the eggs and sausage were both cold, the dining room was filthy and my wife didn't get her donut. I've been to some bad places, but this one take the cake. WE WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN. I would have given 0 stars, but google made me pick 1.

Went through drive thru hoping I would get quick service. I was wrong!! Ordered quarter pounder, onions & ketchup only...when I asked the woman at the drive thru window to make sure that it was correct, she stated that she wasn't permitted to double check the order. Long story short, I had to go into the restaurant, wait for someone to "see me" and then wait for the correct order to be made. This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant and received the wrong order, but it will be the last!! Other McDonald franchises are run more professionally than this one AND they give napkins with your order (unlike this franchise).

Ordered the chicken big macs, which unfortunately are just giant dry thin chicken nuggets. It was not good. Actually made me miss the greasy burger.

We had 2 order!!! A total of 3 items! Got up to pick up food, they said we didn’t have a second order. They argued with us about second order. Burger was cold. I got no buffalo sauce. Sandwich’s were sloppy!!! I would give 0 stars but you can’t. My family won’t be back!!!
