The fries were hard and the Fanta was not even Fanta it was watered down the burger was dry and the employees were kind and all but my burger was Messy one star.

This McDonald's is the worst you could go to. Service is always terrible and once again the food is stale and cold. There is nothing worse than spending 30 some dollars on fast food (which is crazy these places are charging restaurant prices for garbage food) get home only to find that the food tastes 2 days old, it's cold, and it's not right. How hard is it to make what a customer orders? I have allergies, and once again my order comes out completely wrong and had to be trashed.
If you want McDonald's, pick a different one. This place ain't it.

I understand everyone has bad days from time to time but I’ve hit my limit when it comes to this location. No mater how many times I’ve been there and simply ask for “no ice” in my drink and even make sure to remind the 1st window attendant…. I get the “ive told them over the headset” routine. Yet every time I place an order there, I get ice in my drink. I then have to be the bad guy in a line of traffic at the drive thru and ask the 2nd window attendant, I’m sorry I’ve told the order taker twice…no ice please. Then they basically throw drink at me due to their frustration. I just don’t get it. What I’m doing wrong?
