While I sat here with my young kids I listened to employees (management I assume by the uniform) SCREAM at other employees. At one point it was about how she hoped they had loved ones die. Curse words were flying as well. The only saving grace of this review is the kind kid who brought us our food (we dined in). My kids were very uncomfortable.

McDonald's peaked in the 80s/90s for me. It's just 100% garbage now. The imitation food goes right through me. I refuse to touch it. Once in a great while we'll stop because my son likes the fries.

We ordered our three meals ...with no customizations. McRib meal, Big Mac meal and Chicken sandwich meal. Our sandwiches and drinks came out in 15 mins COLD, while it took another almost 10 for our fries which were hot. While sitting there the tables were dirty, a half eaten breakfast sandwich on the floor under our table, which it was 5:30pm at this point. Garbage cans were heaping. Bathrooms were the only clean thing about this location. As we sat and ate you could hear a manager barking orders at the guy running back and forth to dining room and cars waiting on food at drive thru. He was the only positive about our visit. Not sure what his name was but he had tattoos and gauges in his ears. He was very apologetic about the wait on our food. But it seriously looked like he was the only worker they had. And that is why they got 5 stars for service because of him! Will not be returning to the dining room.
My food was cold,big Mac made sloppy pickles?? No smiles. Handed food,no thank you just slam window shut... They weren't busy an hour ago. Latrobe 30shopping center McDonald's. Really upsetting 😔

This is my first time ever writing a bad review, but I feel like I have to. There were flies all over the dining area, several dead ones on the floor, and even more in the bathroom. Fruit flies were buzzing around the trash cans, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the food wasn’t fresh either.
This was one of the rare times I’ve eaten inside a McDonalds, but if they can’t even keep the area where people eat clean, I can’t imagine it’s clean anywhere else. I won’t be coming back.

This was a Terrible place, Dirty, Very Slow, Lost Orders,No Organization at All, And 6 people walked out while we were sitting there, No One Came up to help them With anything 🤔 Worse Chicken wrap EVER chicken was old and HARD..Tiny Pinch of Cheese , would not go back even if it was Free 🤮
