Got delivery. Pizza, meat ravioli. Everything was just off. The pizza was very undercooked, lost my appetite. Delivery driver is very nice tho.

Been mostly a loyal customer off and on since 2017. Usually the food is good for the most part. Like other customers there have been countless times my order got messed up or things were missing. More recently it seems more frequent. I always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The latest might be the last straw. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap. Normally pretty good, until last night. I open it, it looked like a Grilled Stuffed Burrito. I thought that was kinda odd. I bite into it and right away it was very runny with Orange greasy juice due to the inside being hot. The lettuce, tomato and onion were very soggy. I pretty much lost my appetite. It was never like that before. I may never go there again. I’m no genius but I’m pretty sure that’s not how a wrap is supposed to be.

No greeting, nothing. You would think we were inconveniencing a RESTAURANT for wanting…. I don’t know, some food? Coming from out of state, didn’t realize it would take 20 minutes for a single slice of pizza, and didn’t realize walking into a pizza parlor looking for pizza was so unheard of. THEN right as we are about to leave because our time is worth more than this atmosphere, conveniently then the pizza comes out. I noticed the young lady wait several minutes before even mentioning that we had two slices. Pathetic treatment, do better. Coming from someone who lives in a city with several by the slice locations, you’re capable of doing better! Peace and love

I consider Pizza Sienna to be very good-better than any national chain pizza shop. I am a fan of simple pizza, but the Sienna Pie is my favorite! It is loaded with just the right toppings. Pizzas have a nice crust, ample cheese, sauce, and toppings, and a good blend of flavors!

The customer service was terrific and my pizza was delivered ahead of the estimated delivery time. However, the crust had a significant freezer burn flavor. Would not order again.
