Always good food and service
Walked in waited 10 minutes. Waitress 4 of them looked at us and never acknowledged. Don't have time for youngsters life style. Maybe time to get new managers.
They where under staffed waited at least 20minutes to be seated when here was plenty of empty tables seemed like no one had a clue to what was going on. Took almost an hour from being seated, ordering and food Served to the table.
Mediocre over priced food. Good service, cute bar
Let’s start with the positives, this is a really nice place with an awesome layout!! You can choose from sitting indoors like a regular bar or in an open air area or even outside on the deck. A restaurant with this type of layout is fantastic! It even has a downstairs that houses indoor golf and other activities. Now onto the food. I ordered the buffalo wings and the wife got the pierogies. The wings were good until I got to a drum that was raw on the inside. I left the drum on the plate with all the meat pulled down so that the bartender could see, she picked up my stuff looked at it, shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to throw it out. My wife’s first order of pierogies came out and the Pittsburgh Penguins could have used them as hockey pucks!! Said something to the bartender who in turn had to show them to another worker who appeared to give the okay to return to the kitchen for a new order. New order was just okay. Seemed to me that they just take frozen Mrs T’s and dropped them in the deep fryer. The other thing that I found annoying was that all the workers appeared to treat the place like it was their own social club. In between an occasionally check in, which was far and few, they all would meet up by the service station talking and ignoring the entire place. Melina B is the name on our check but don’t know if she was the one serving us because she didn’t introduce herself nor did we interact enough with each other to even be able to ask her. As with all of the places I visit, I will give it another try if in the area but if this establishment works on the staff and tweaks the food they would have a great establishment!!!
Absolutely amazing experiences as far as service The young man is always very punctual. Just enough! Meaning he doesn't bother you unnecessarily what you're eating. Efficient... as far as bringing out appetizers before, removing access dinnerware, getting to go containers Just wonderful in general honestly. The food was Just as amazing. Dad's Italian herbie as you can see was picture perfect.. We ordered onion rings too and the horsey sauce is always consistent unlike most places! The salmon is always cooked perfectly, Three t's 💯💯💯 temperature, texture and taste is to die for, it was thick and blackened just right... It's about the 10th time I bought this salad and it has NEVER rlet me down!
Food was good, late night menu is bar food and it was nice. Pool tables and a fat slice of orange for the beer.
I went to Sharky’s today with my fiancé and two year old. We waited 20 minutes and no serve came up to us. In that time they sat a group of 6 and a group of 4 which all got drinks and their food orders. When we tried to look for someone to talk to they weren’t around or tried to avoid eye contact with us. We ended up having to get up and leave because no one came over to wait on us. Very disappointing.
Attended a private retirement party for a close friend. The private room was amazing with a private bar. They could have used more bartenders as everyone arrived. Food was very good.

Nice sports tavern. The burger size was ample but it was quite dry. The waiter was a blast and on the ball.

Dropped into Sharky's Cafe on a Sunday afternoon during the Steelers v Commanders Game. The place was busy but we were able to secure a high top in the bar area. Melina, our server, was personable and attentive. Our beer order came quickly followed by our food order. Beer was cold and refreshing. Quesadillas were hot and delicious. Melina checked back with us frequently to see if our order came out correctly and if we had everything we needed. Manager, John, also stopped by our table to ask if everything was to our liking. John seemed to be periodically checking in with many diners and addressing concerns should there be any ~ being pro active ~ like a great manager should do. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and meal at Sharky's. Even though the place was very busy, staffing was adequate. Would visit again if back in this area.
Parking: If no parking on upper level where restaurant is located go around to front, there is plenty of parking there with an entry and stairs straight into restaurant.

Fries were over cooked yet cold. Blackened prime rib was dull looking piece of meat on an opened faced bun with nothing else on the sandwich or the plate. Very dissatisfied for the price. Presentation D minus! When we walked in a very rude girl said "can I help you? " Sarcastically, as if we were a bother. Instead of, I don't know, maybe Hello, how many in your party?? I was turned off from there & it just got worse. Probably won't return.
