If I could I would leave zero stars. The barista were rude and they didn't even fill out our drinks the whole way. Absolutely not worth our money at all. I understand that everyone has bad days but you don't take it out on other people. Receipt #673301 who ever made them needs retrained on customer service.

Every time I come here I ask for extra whip and extra Carmel drizzle and every time I don’t get what I asked for. And I don’t bother going in and getting the extras because the last 2 times I did they gave me attitude about it. Will not be coming back to this one no more

Stopped by this location for the first time in a while. The two people who took my order and made my drink were over the top friendly. Wish more places had customer service like this. My drink was also made perfectly! This is a great location.

Had a hair in my drink. Went in to get it replaced and got dirty looks. Was talked about and why were they whispering about me ? Couldn’t tell me to have a good day. When I ordered she kept repeating herself multiple times. Took 4 minutes to place an order for a single drink as if they didn’t know what they were doing smh. Didn’t apologize or nothing. For a $9 dollar drink that’s unacceptable. There’s pieces of your hair on your shirt. Keep your hair up !
The staff is great, especially Nina! Due to the massive power outage my debit card wasn’t working and she covered my coffee for me. It was so incredibly nice and made me love coming to this location even more!

If I have the time, I make my coffee at home because unless I stand in line to get my mobile pickup order fixed, it's always wrong. Cold foam is what I order, yet they never make the cold foam and just pour in creamer. If I do say something, they dump out some of the coffee and add the cold foam, which just makes a super sugary drink and still not what I ordered.

Got there 8:15 pm Sunday evening while ordering from the drive thru I observed a starbucks employee taking out the trash before I could drive around to the window (nobody else in drive thru) the same employee was already making my macciatto. Apparently a 6$ coffee includes trash hands making it.... I hope there is video as someone should be looking at it
