Closes at 9 pm. Had the gates pulled halfway shut earlier then closing time for clearly listed business hours. My husband had gone in to place an order and staff member very rudely ignored him and refused to make an order and serve him. She abruptly yelled at him that he's not the boss and another female employee was her boss only when all he did was want to place an order during said open business hours. He asked for a manager and she refused him. Upon leaving her and another assumed male employee off the clock, or possibly the female employees partner or friend who was still in the dining area sitting eating a meal had yelled out very loudly vulgar hateful discriminating comments towards him in a manner that drew walmart shoppers and employees attention to the matter. We are very appalled at this treatment and distraught over this interaction we've endured. He is a loyal customer to the subway franchise as a mvp member app account holder who may not always order through app or website do to crashes and or bad service but frequently orders from almost weekly sometimes more. This matter is extremely important to us in being resolved and rectified to our satisfaction. Perhaps someone in human resources can provide a class to the members of this branch on customer service and general kindness towards others, how can people acting in this matter represent the largest sandwich chain corporation i ask? As well as to think being treated like this openly in a public setting could be tolerated. Absurd.

This Sunway use to be good...the bread was unbelievably hard, I had to tell the sandwich person to keep adding more toppings because they didn't understand what extra pickles and black olives meant. But they put extra mayo on the sandwich which I didn't ask for and it just made the sandwich a mess to eat between the hard bread and unwanted extra mayo. The employees are always cheerful, and quick with preparing your order every time I stop there be it just getting a quick lunch or picking up dinner when shopping at Walmart. Holly is always so helpful and friendly. Dominika listens and completed my order this time and put just the right amount on toppings and ranch on my sub.
