No cashiers you stand at the counter staring at the employees cooking food and ignoring you when you need a cup. Manager tried talking to me like I worked for her…..not to mention every other time I come here for lunch with a bunch of guys from work she seems to enjoy sitting by herself at the only table with 6+ seats
I made a Huge order online and didn't know that it didn't show up on their screens till I got there. I went through the drive-thru. It only took a few minutes, no less than any other drive-thru order. My order was 100% correct. I was impressed
Doesn’t matter what time I stop by, the employees are always very pleasant. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The people who work the window are obviously trained well. I can’t tell you how many times I stop by other places and the workers are just rude! Everyone at this Taco Bell always has a smile on their faces and their drive thru times seem to be dramatically improved over previous years! Keep it up, it doesn’t go unnoticed!
I was just refused service because I didn't want to use the kiosk to order! They said I had to use the kiosk and would not take my order at the counter!!! I had an order for multiple people and didn't wanna mess it up on the kiosk!
While eating my crunch wrap I noticed I didn’t taste any meat there for I opened the crunch wrap to see this, that’s just sad
The foods fine, but they got rid of breakfast. Never eating there again because of this. The breakfast menu was honestly my favorite part.
Maybe we shouldn’t use the dining area for staff meetings…”leadership and culture” -1/10
Messed up our our 3 times in a row, kids more worried about thier phones. My steak burrito had no steak on it .... literally, and we ordered a chicken an steak quesadia we got 2 steak. We could see three the window them playing on thier phones. Will NEBEarvgo again
I ordered from there 12. 29.2024. Around 7.15. Got half the order. Tried to get a refund coz.i didn't get the food. Instead they gave me 10 dollars to use at there place. I just wanted a refund I don't eat there often and I just wanted a refund or the food . And the app just won't let me. It's frustrating that a big company doesn't have a better working system.
Literally avoid this Taco Bell. Every time I go here they mess up my order. Completely forget items,toppings, or even half of your whole meal. Just went here to pick up my mobile order plus a remake from the last time I went. They managed to get my remake correct but forgot a whole quesadilla from my meal. I have never had a good experience at this location. And will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to different location from now on.

Went through drive -thru. Guy working the windows was to busy singing to himself. Couldn't tell us which drink was diet Pepsi and which one was regular. Food was cold. Never asked if we wanted any sauces. Won't be going back.
Ungodly long drive thru line. Customers were not pulling up from speakers to allow next car to order despite having more than enough room. Became entertaining after a bit. 10 cars in front of me, about 25 minutes.

Second time in 2 weeks I've been to this location and 1. Was not greeted. 2. Dining room was filthy with food on the floors and every table dirty 3. Multiple workers not doing anything despite the place being filthy. 4. Food made incorrectly. You've lost a customer. The prices are way too high and the experience is terrible.

The most inept and scarce tostada I’ve ever had….way to NOT bring back a classic. Wondering If I got .50 cents worth of food. If you are bringing back a classic dish Taco Bell, bring it back correctly…the beans should be spread so your first bite is not corn tortilla…all the way around. DO BETTER.
