5 Stars – A Delicious First Taste!
While I haven’t yet had the chance to dine at The Pickled Chef’s main location in the Latrobe 30 Plaza, I did get to sample their food at the Ligonier Country Market, and it was excellent. I tried the classic grilled cheese with house dill pickle relish and the bacon grilled cheese with apple maple bacon and bourbon jam from their mobile unit. Both were absolutely delicious, perfectly grilled, rich, and full of flavor....

I had one of their sandwiches at the Greensburg Night Market and it was incredible! I got the bacon grilled cheese and it was delicious. Definitely highly recommend having one sometime
