The owner's lack of professionalism and customer service is beyond me. It's not only limited to customers, but the staff as well. For example, I came in to pick up a mobile order today. The girl at the counter ran over to hand me my smoothie after it was made, being that I got there earliar than pick up time. She was both fast, sweet, and communicative. This place is such a great addition to the Latrobe area. The smoothies are sooo good. The staff is sometimes running at a mile a minute. It's new, give them some slack. Be patient and friendly and you'll get that back 1000% more. I've always been greeted with a smile and a hello. If you haven't already tried it, what are you waiting for?
