The door by the drive-thru is very dangerous to enter the restaurant. Service was very friendly and helpful, but did not have gluten-free option. With gluten intolerance, my son could eat a small part of the menu. The food was really good though! Would go there again without children

Paid over $40 just to get plastic in my burger. Yes PLASTIC. Also had 4 drinks with no ice. Ridiculous. Will be contacting corporate

The GM at this location is very friendly and engaging. The staff were all friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Same for the restrooms.

I think the young lady at the drive-through today doesn’t like customers. Ask her a simple question and she very nicely gives you a passive-aggressive attitude, you’re not fooling anyone with the attitude. Looking at past reviews, I’d say this Wendy’s has a real problem with employees. and it’s a shame that all this time’s gone by and nobody is fixing it.
Back for a second visit. And they're just as un friendly as ever while Long John Silvers, right next to them, has nothing but friendly people all the time. Hey managers take notice.

Don’t waste your time. The staff here is incompetent as are the managers. Waited in drive-thru for 20+ minutes to be told that they didn’t have the order I paid for and had a receipt for. Was then offered nothing by the “management” for my time, gas or inconvenience. If I could give a half star I would.

I like the food choices here but I haven't had much luck lately with the order takers. Either I'm not speaking clearly or they aren't paying attention but something has been wrong in my order twice now.

I frequent this location but haven’t been at night until today. A bunch of young kids behind the counter cracking jokes about how they know wendy is a little white girl because there’s no seasoning on the food and continuing to say that they should make the mascot black instead. They changed their conversation once they realized they weren’t alone in the store anymore. A worker sets bags on the counterter, looks at me wothoit saying anything, and walks away the manager asks if she can help me and I tell her im not sure if my order Is done or not. She asks the teen and he says yes and she tells me “yes you can go now”… i go to my car and start handing out food and low and behold half of my order Is missing! Edit to add more that happened after I hit submit.

Fast food is getting a little pricey almost better to have a sit down dinner. Odd now you have to ask for salt and pepper no longer available on the counter.
