My grilled chicken wrap was terrible! The last 3 or 4 times I've gotten it the chicken has been so dried out like it's been sitting there for days. It was impossible to chew. How hard is it to cut up fresh chicken, takes a couple seconds. Never going back. At least to the Latrobe 30 plaza

Junior cheeseburger deluxe is delicious!! You talk to people instead of computers which I think is important to me. Old timers are sitting just to socialize and have a long time meal. It's a nice atmosphere and always clean and delicious. Great job gang working at Wendy's Latrobe!!

Stopped at the Latrobe Pennsylvania location today. The front staff was awesome! The manager left something to be desired though. He was rude to the employees and made a worker run the register when he didn’t know how to. The kid rocked it though with some help from another worker. The manager instead made fries rather than help him learn.

The workers were very unpleasant and seemed like they were bothered by having to wait on us. The whole dining experience was terrible. The employees were swearing about everything. The girl at the register was telling everyone how she has a bad itch she keeps scratching. Like please that is so disgusting. Food was cold and it didn't taste great at all.

Leaves entire items out of doordash order's (three times in a row now) and don't make other items correctly. Don't bother calling they will just tell you how the dasher was told the order wasn't ready when the bags are pre-sealed.
