Old school family style restaurant. Portions are big and prices are good. Small salad bar that comes with some specials and can be added to other meals. Large selection of homemade desserts. Small dining rooms and hours are short so check for availability. Worth the stop.
I am a truck driver. I parked across the street at Sunoco and I ate there for the first time within the last three weeks. I had the haddock and it was awesome. The whole meal was awesome. The staff are extremely friendly. My coworker and I have told a lot of other drivers. I came in tonight and I ordered the prime rib. Unfortunately, I don’t eat cooked meat. Such a great, local, family owned restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic. Always made fresh. Great variety on the menu from steaks, burgers, hot sandwiches (the hot roast beef and turkey are not to be missed), to seafood, like shrimp, lobster, and crab legs.
