Make sure you ask if products are fresh donuts and many items are not fresh days old and if you call them they will say they just tasted the food and it's fresh. That is no way to treat customers coming on out of town and we're referred to the store. So people double check prices and ask if it was made fresh daily because it's not. Its disappointing that there are no dates on packaging and you put me on hold twice so you and your employees could taste test. Why did you ask what number was on package if you said items were made fresh that day. And why would your employees disagree with you lol. You made no attempt to rectify the situation and did not handle it professionally. You should provide a refund like many places. Will not recommend this place.

This is my husbandās favorite bakery. They have a lot to choose from. Their eclairs are outstanding. A pumpkin cream cheese pie, cherry pie amongst many other delicious treats. We stop here each time we visit Lancaster PA.

Iāve never seen a business treat people so poorly. Achenbachās was at the Manheim parade handing out donuts from their float, and when my wife went up to politely ask for one, they yelled at her to get away from their truck and told her she couldnāt have one. Completely uncalled for and shockingly rude.
If this is how they treat people in public, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers. Thereās no excuse for that kind of behavior ā it shows a total lack of respect or basic decency. Weāll never support Achenbachās again, and Iād strongly recommend everyone else stay far away. This company clearly doesnāt value or respect the community that supports them.
