Hate to post this, but we have noticed a decline in quality during the past several years. Started after the pandemic, and continues today. I have been a loyal customer for more than 2 decades. I used to come from Chester Co just to purchase the cakes and other items. Continued to frequent the shop after moving to Lancaster in 2007. Specifically, cakes are just not as good as they used to be. We find them somewhat bland and tasteless and frosting has lost its luster as well. Many...
Nice choice, just not impressed with the two people, one an employee and another an obviously regular male visitor. Another employee came out of the back and waited on me. I was there to buy donuts for my sister who used to live in Lancaster County but moved out of state. She was visiting. I got her her favorite donuts.
Not friendly at all, Incredible food, Bug wow, stopped in today and picked up a few things but almost left because the one lady You really felt you were inconveniencing Her asking if they had any more of the one item and to order a couple of doughnuts so not one but two cold shoulders, it must be in their business that it’s acceptable but I never ever have commented in anyone’s reviews about unfriendliness but wow, these two ladies at the counter today Were awful
