Actually was around the area and decided to grab something to eat...double parked my truck 🚚 and was delighted to see this lovely 😍 face.. I believe her name was Kenya?? Her smile was enough to ignite a city on fire 🔥 and give hope to a lost soul...we fall into a brief conversation while she was attending me... my flat bread 🍞 with eggs 🥚 and turkey was amazing... am so blown away from this experience I almost stop and try out every subway I see... maybe hoping she would be there to make my sandwich 🥪..

I was on my way to Lancaster and I stopped by for a quick sub. Jonny made an amazing sub! He welcomed me into the place and was telling me about all the different subs because I couldn’t make up my mind. His service was really great and he had a great personality overall! This man should get a raise! Great experience!

I liked this location until today .. because of a employee named jimmy .. I came 08/05/24 at 2:15 pm and he was the worst at making subs .. he just throws ur food around and is sloppy and made my sub absolutely horrible he did everything backwards putting meat on last very unhappy and prob won't ever come back to this location now

Not the cleanest place and employees definitely have attitudes. Probably because it's an awful place to work at. I wouldn't recommend eating or working there. Very un professional. And unfair.

Picked up an order of 9 subs tonight, initially giving an hour and a half and then needed to place the order again due to a problem with the card going through. When we walked in, the guy working immediately informed us that the order was too large and should be a catering order. I get that 9 subs are a big task, but we would’ve been totally fine with them kindly informing us they needed more time. The guy continued to badger us and said he was about to cancel the order, and that if there were other customers, we wouldn’t have been served. There were zero customers in store, and I’m not sure where he gets the idea that he can pick and choose which customers to serve.I guess we’ll order elsewhere in the future if we will be made to feel guilty for buying food from a place that sells food for profit.

I've ordered 6 subs, (2 subs 3 times), they have been progressively worse in quality and taste. The bread is stale, the lettuce too diced, and the final straw was getting a single tiny piece of bacon on a BLT. Won't be ordering from here again. I'd urge people to only use coupons, these subs are NOWHERE CLOSE to worth $13+. Go to Palermo's in New Holland and you'll see the difference in quality and price.
