I normally have a great experience here. However today was much different. I arrived at this location as soon as they opened. I was anticipating the wonderful fresh bread that my hoagie would be made on considering they just opened. What I got was bread from yesterday that was too hard for me to eat. I could only take a few bites. Very disappointed.

This place is very hit or miss. Food used to be good all the time. Lately is been disgusting. Frequently screwing up orders. Got a sub that was so drenched in oil it leaked out of the wrapper and into my car seat. Ended up throwing it away. I’m done with this place.

Called ahead and ordered 2 subs on a Sunday around 2pm. Arrived 25 minutes after the call was placed. Food was done but somehow the cashier knew it was made incorrectly between pulling it off the hot shelf and putting it on the counter and he didn't offer to let me take it as it was. So I HAD to wait for 10 minutes while they "fixed" my order. Made us late for our plans and when we went to eat we found our order was still wrong. Ive been hesitant to go here from past not great experiences but it was on our route so I decided to give them another chance and they blew it. I'd recommend going elsewhere when in Lebanon. There are better options locally. The only redeeming service was a free coke, which I would have rather paid for than wasting the time and still getting an incorrect order. It was 28 dollars for 2 large hot subs and 2 bottles of coke, seems steep for what you get imo.

The food was great as always. Pizza overly greasy but still good. The table where we were going to sit and eat at was dirty so they definitely can use a hand in the cleaning aspect of the restaurant to make it a much more enjoyable experience but overall I will be back!
