If I could give zero stars, I would. Went last week, and the store was closed an hour before the listed closing time. Returned today, and upon arrival, was met with a rude employee who told me that "that side is closed" (the Baskin Robbins portion), despite it being 1pm. No further information was provided, like will it be open at a later date/time or is it permanently closed? I have no idea. That employee was rude and then walked away. Will not return.

Out of cookie dough and others missing. Between 12-12:30pm not even plain vanilla sitting out. she had to open new drum. No one in line. Took long to be served from 1 of 3 workers. Ordered 3 scoops, looked like 1.5. Container could hold 2 times the amount. I'll do a 2 year boycott, and maybe try again.

The ice cream is tasty but the price is too high for me. Also, since it is so popular, the wait in line is very long. I am just as happy with store-bought ice cream at a fraction of the price.

I had a terrible blister on my right heel, but at the same time, craved coffee! The family run business was so helpful, finding me band-aids, etc. The Coffee was super too :)

No wonder this is Lebanon, PA most popular ice cream place! Even though there’s a line, it moves quickly. We tried a few flavors before deciding and chose the almond honey, socielite (dark chocolate and pecans) and pistachio. We ate it in a park nearby. Delicious! They also have sandwiches for lunch.

Went to get ice-cream and I was told at 2:30 pm on a Thursday in the drive through that the ice cream isn't available. So when is it available? According to the door on the business and everything I seen online they were open up until 6 pm. If you don't want to serve it then get rid of it and stop advertising it. You're wasting everyone's time and giving Baskin-Robbins a bad name.

Worst ice cream we've had in years. Strawberry was all ice crystals and no berries. Gummy with a taste that was too long in the cooler exposed to air. I've had slushies that weren't any icier than this"ice"cream. The cone was so stale it was inedible. And best of all at a price that doubles other quality brands.
