Met a colleague for a drink after work. Good atmosphere, friendly service. It's a good spot to check out. Only reason for 4 stars on the food was because I didn't eat this trip, I have in the past and it has always been very good.
The food was okay but my fish was over cooked/dry and the rice was hard and dry - I had the tilapia and rice dish. This is my experience, not the people I was with. The service was good and friendly and the atmosphere was local and resembles other comfy establishments. It wasn't a bad experience, where I sat in the three season porch, you could look in the distance across the valley and it was beautiful.
My salmon was overcooked, to the point that it was dry. My date got a steak that was cooked perfectly! So, I will try it out again, maybe it was just a busy night in the kitchen.
