Friendly service however it would be nice if the employees would do a slightly better job of checking people's orders. Ordered a original chicken sandwich with cheese only and they charge me for the slice of cheese on the original chicken sandwich however when I got my order they forgot to put a slice of cheese on my sandwich. Other than that food was good otherwise.

I don't usually go inside. But we took an Uber after church so we went inside 1st I must say that when we walked in and turned my head to the right there's a wall with a few automated register terminals. VERY unwelcoming. I prefer to tell the cashier what I want. 2nd maybe my Whopper Jr w/cheese was funky was because I normally put my own ketchup & mayo (Hellmans Mayo) I always order no salt on my fries for 2 reasons... 1st, they use too much salt... 2nd normally you get fresh & piping hot fries 🍟 NOT this time. They tasted a little old and blah0.. The way they remodeled this restaurant is kinda odd.... The associates and the kitchen seem to be hidden from the customers & the dining room. I realize that we live in a very tech savvy world. And people honestly don't know how to communicate with one another. But when I go into an establishment I would like to be seen & maybe be greeted by an associate

I get messing up orders but when I order a chicken sandwich plain for my daughter who is allergic to lettuce and mayo and we get home and its not even plain then when you try to call the store and no one will answer the phone is ridiculous 😒 Fries are also so salty she cant even eat them like really!

Be cautious if you value your car! The drive-thru was recently remodeled, but they did a poor job—especially at the curve after picking up your food. The bumper of my vehicle got scraped badly. I spoke with the district manager, he said they aren’t responsible for any damage. Even an employee and customers mentioned they have that problem with that curve but they do nothing about it.. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here if you care about your vehicle.
