To start off, the food was delicious I don't wanna come off nasty and just complaining about everything just because I'm not happy about part of my experience. Everything I received was delicious but the service I received was unnacceptable and downright rude. I have never been treated like this at this establishment before, most of the times I've been there to eat, everyone was kind a d smiling. This time I ordered a rodeo burger with cheese 2 value fries and a chicken sandwich, the rodeo was not in my bag when I checked before I pulled away so I pulled off and went inside. I double checked my receipt and the rodeo burger didnt not say cheese so i told the girl at the couter alll of this girl at the counter, she is polite and then asked her meneger who was in a bad mood because she was back on the line making burgers ( maybe someone called off?) But either way she loudly accused me of lying about not getting my sandwich and didn't want to give me another but when I insisted I paid for it, she made the girl ring me up for a piece of cheese and came over with my burger and loudly checked my bag saying over now your rodeo burger with cheese is in here so you can't come back saying something was magically missing! I was so embarrassed

awhile ago someone i know found maggots in the burgers this was oct 2022 maybe a couple months back june/july-october but very gross much rather go on the opposite side of town!

Jeffrey was so sweet. He noticed my name on my credit card and we got into a little conversation about music that my name frequently sparks. He then gave me a crown. I'm glad I ran into that ray of sunshine today.

Had a very long wait here today. After more than 10 minutes waiting, the older gentleman at the pay window was very apologetic and kind. The next window, however, I asked for some zesty sauce. The younger woman said we would have to pay extra. After such a long wait, I've never heard this from any employee after getting Burger King regularly for years! I almost felt like I was being reprimanded for even asking. I'll avoid this location going forward. Don't nickle and dime customers, especially after such an unusually long wait!

But new chicken wraps , very disappointed, the chicken was the size of a nugget tomato was the size of a quarter small piece of lettuce , the wrap as big as your hand but chicken as a nuggets. Paid 2.99 a piece never again , doesn't look anything like on TV , only one nugget in wrap , could have but 8 nuggets cheaper .
