“So many times I pay for extra sauces and they "forget" to put any in my bag such as today again. UPDATE: This is the second time getting the wrong drive thru order? When will they fix their bs? 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎“

“I had an issue where I got some dried cdickhead. It took me forever to get a manager on the phone to fix it. I called 2 days in a row. And kept getting told to call back that the manager was in later or at another time when I did finally get a manager. He first implied that I was lying. By saying there's no way the chicken was cold.It did finally get fixed when I went in and he did replace the whole thing.Which is the only reason I'm giving a 4 but it still seems like it took a lot longer than it should have.I had great experiences here in the past. Not sure. What the issue is lately“
“The Chester's we ate at was in the Love's Travel Stop at exit 90 on I-81 in Pennsylvania. We ordered chicken fingers, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, biscuits, and apple pies for dessert. The chicken was cooked perfectly (nice and juicy), the mac-n-cheese was creamy, and the pies were AMAZING (very similar to the old style of apple pies served at the golden arches)! The staff member who was working was very polite and the service was very quick. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from a gas station chicken place, but overall, I was pleasantly surprised.“

“The chicken is definitely the best in Lebanon. Its also the most expensive. 6 tenders costs like $11! That being said, they're totally worth it. I've heard it called "crack chicken" because its deliciously addictive. But that's not the best part of the experience. The people who work there are amazing! (Except the guy at the register. He seems kinda grumpy every time I see him. I've never seen him smile. But the others more than make up for the shyguy). The new lady who calls everyone "sweetheart" or "love" or "darling" or "honey" makes my day everytime I go to play the machines.(yes! They also have 5 slots!) Her happiness and love of life is refreshing and contagious and so needed and appreciated in this drab little town where it seems there's more and more misery every single day. THANK YOU
Parking: They only have about 6 or 7 parking spots but they get the food bagged n out the door so fast they've never all been full anytime over been there“
