There's an old lady working here who is rudeeee. Today 3.25.2025 2:15 pm. Her attitude is disgusting, all because I asked for a cup for my son's ice cream cone. I even offered to pay for the cup and she just rolled her eyes even giving her co worker and attitude. She's disgusting. The young man who took care of me at the register was a sweetheart. Her on the other hand.... horrible

3rd time in a row they got our orders wrong, we're done. The chocolate milkshake was vanilla ice-cream with a teaspoon of chocolate syrup that wasn't even mixed in. They forgot the peanut butter syrup in the blizzard that we paid extra for AGAIN !!. This is a monkey job, you put CHOCOLATE ice-cream in a cup and stir, how hard is that ?? I don't think they're training their employees .

The sign said something about treating people right. So I asked for a small Pecan Mudslide. The guy said they don’t have small. So I told him what the sign says. He proceeded to make a small Pecan Mudslide for my wife. All I can say is Thank You for treating people right! My wife was impressed that he went out of the way to make her a small. Then he also charged less. Way to go! I wish everyone would put the customer first! This is one of my favorite places now because of what this you man did!
The blizzard that I ordered for my fiancée was all liquid not made correctly at all and was not flipped at the window as well the cookie dough pieces that should be in it are not in it at all.

Ordered twice recently first time ordered a banana split I don’t know if they just don’t train employees how to make them or if employees simply don’t care but it was the worst it was pretty much all syrup and melted ice cream and I ordered it and went to eat it right away. Decided to give another shot today and same result this DQ sucks.

Ask for extra every single timeNever get extra or even what I asked to be added in but always charged. This time I received the completely wrong blizzard. Very inconvenient. May or may not return.
