This is what you can expect, One dude inside busting his a$$ while the "manager" from what it sounded like, and her other employee that is going through some dramaaa (oh woe is me) are out front smoking and chatting. As there is clearly a line and customers waiting. They need to wipe this one out again and completely restaff, Minus the one dude he was kicking butt!!

I've left 30 minutes early to get to places and have had most of that lead time lost by stopping at this Dunkin. Do not stop here unless you don't have anywhere important to be. On three occasions it has made me way too late for things as I sit in the line or in the lot waiting for food.
I have never waited so long for food in my life. It has gone downhill since the new management and calls don’t get returned from number listed.
Management needs to step it up to make sure orders are consistent, correct and ensure quicker service. No reason I sit in a line of 4 cars for 24 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve seen in my life it’s 11:48 you have 4 cars parked out front. I don’t understand why this is so hard. Every other Dunkin’s manages. I’ve seen managers yell at employees to get out of their face. I ordered a coffee. I shouldn’t be waiting out side for 15 minutes

We’ve been here 3 times since under new ownership and it’s been a terrible experience each time. 20+ minutes in the drive thru line, with only maybe 2-3 cars in front of you, food orders messed up, drinks aren’t mixed well/with what was asked for, etc. We’ve tried calling the number on the window, but never get a return call. Gave it the benefit of the doubt on separate occasions, hoping it was just an adjustment with new ownership, but we will not be going back.

The manager (white lady, curly hair, dark eyebrows) is ALWAYS YELLING AT HER STAFF!!! I feel so bad for them. She isn’t polite in the slightest. The other day she even shoved my bag of food almost in my face!!! Just because you are having a stressful day doesn’t mean you do things like that. FIND ANOTHER JOB LADY
