as I write this, I'm pulled over from the drive through line waiting for food. two other cars are behind me also waiting. this is by far the slowest service out of any Dunkin I've visited. so I get a 30 minute lunch break and spend all of it in a drive through...? I understand it's a blessing just to have the convenience, but most of the time the drive through staff doesn't even answer the speaker for 3 minutes... just to take an order. I'll give the barista and cook credit because they make it right, but it's way too long of a wait. go across the street to starbucks and pay a little extra to at least have your stuff in a timely manner.

They mess it up every single time . And when you tell them, they refuse to change it. I asked for liquid sugar at the speaker. Looked like regular sugar in my drink and I asked did you put liquid sugar says no and proceeded to put liquid sugar into a drink that already has regular sugar in it . I asked did you already put regular sugar, looks at me and lies and says no . Like if I can’t see it at the bottom. Save your time and go somewhere else it’s a waste of time and money .

Horrible 0 especially customer service customers do not care about your life stories how drunk you were no customer should hear how bad other employees are or do not show up the heavy set lady needs to leave her personal life outside we will not return to this establishment Sheetz is top notch service maybe send that lady to see how customer service is supposed to be very unprofessional sloppy also please address her hygiene

As there is clearly a line and customers waiting. They need to wipe this one out again and completely restaff, Minus the one dude he was kicking butt!!

I have never waited so long for food in my life. It has gone downhill since the new management and calls don’t get returned from number listed.
Management needs to step it up to make sure orders are consistent, correct and ensure quicker service. No reason I sit in a line of 4 cars for 24 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve seen in my life it’s 11:48 you have 4 cars parked out front. I don’t understand why this is so hard. Every other Dunkin’s manages. I’ve seen managers yell at employees to get out of their face. I ordered a coffee. I shouldn’t be waiting out side for 15 minutes
